Sunday pre deployment check in! Hope all you amazing folks had a good weekend. We are approaching the last week of April and the beginning of May. Lets make sure we are ready to head into May not just with our short term goals, but our long term, Big Audacious Goals, and our Just Cause. These all are part of what it means to lead teams and build organizations. We will also discuss what happens when a Just Cause is not a Just Cause or when the wrong leader tries to lead without the proper mindset that makes a Just Cause. Here is when we see the wrong people getting promoted for the wrong reasons. Fridays Live Zoom Check In was an amazing success. A really great conversation sprung up that ranged from hard economic times, bad management, bad leadership, and when to take a stand against those bas managers and leaders.
