The only finished product we buy in is ice-cream, and sometimes we'll even have our own in the freezer too. We aim to serve you the best quality food & drinks possible and use local producers where we can. Including @chestnuttsfarm milk & yoghurt (we've even started making our own cheese from their milk). We serve @tastejoyco peanut butter on our Grape Escape waffles, and get things like our wild mushrooms from @scottsfruitandveg. We are proud to serve Malarkey, an exceptional coffee from @3fecoffee one of the best producers on the whole island 👌 As tea people it has been an interesting journey learning about the art form of coffee and incorporating it into the Tea Bar. Of course it helps when your equipment plays ball and when our grinder went down over Easter that led to an immense amount of stress and a few really tough days of service. The less said about that the better 🤐 However, we do want to thank the incredible North Coast coffee scene, the support and advice from you lot was touching when we didn't know where to turn. @jackowensdrums @georgeofnelson @ryanm1406 @barndoor_ni to name a few, we're incredibly grateful. We had a fabulous Friday with our lovely friend @cerys6music and her beautiful family, when they called round to see us. We met Cerys back a few years ago, when she came to visit the farm with @chefalexgreene when they filmed B&B by The Sea. We hit it lucky that day and made a friend for life.
