[High Protein Meal Prep #4] Fish & Noodle Stir-Fry Meal Prep 🐟🍜🍲 ✨Calories: 300, Protein: 30g (Per serving, makes 3) This healthy meal is quick and easy to make. Note: you can swap out the protein for other kinds of fish, shrimp or chicken for higher protein! 🫶🏻 ✨Ingredients: -400g fish filets (i.e. tilapia) -200g matchstick carrots -100g string peas -200g rice noodles -30 ml sweet soy sauce -30 ml rice vinegar -15g minced garlic -Salt & pepper (S&P) -Garlic powder -Onion powder -lemongrass spices (i.e. dehydrated vegetables, sea salt, seaweed, ginger, sunflower oil, lemongrass) ✨Recipe: -Boil salted water and add rice noodles -Boil for 4-5 min and keep 1/2 cup of cooking water -Drain and rinse noodles under cold water, mix with oil to avoid sticking -Add fish filets to a pan on med-high heat -Season with spices, S&P, and cook for 2-3 min per side -After cooked through, move to a separate plate for later -Add oil and sauté minced garlic, matchstick carrots, and spring peas for 4-5 min until softened. YELLOW-lluja! The ZEST 4 ingredient, high PROTEIN, no refined Sugar/low Sugar, Lemon Cheesecake! Not too shabby when you want a treat but still want to feel your best. 💛 🍋Protein Lemon “Cheesecake”🍋 Ingredients: -2 Cups Greek Yogurt (I used Organic Whole Milk/Full Fat) -4 Pasture Eggs -1/4 Cup plus 2 TBSP Tapioca Flour -Zest and Juice from 1 larger Lemon -Topping: Raw Honey Drizzle. 🍯I used a Lavendar Honey! And Wild Violets!💜 Instructions: -Whisk all ingredients together and pour into a small cake, loaf, or muffin pan. I used an 8x8 glass baking dish. -Bake at 350 for 60 mins until golden brown on the top. Let cool and then refrigerate. Gondolom anno a kenyérféléket kényelmi szempontból nevezték ki reggelinek,a rántotta adott volt hozzá a reggeli tojásszemlénél,Riska pedig ontotta magából a tejfölnek és kakaónakvalót mellé. Később a müzligyártó cégek is jó marketingeseket találtak,hisz a gabonapelyhek,granolák is népszerűek lettek a reggeli asztalon. Nálam minden ételtípus belefér a napindításba és ha jól választok akkor elegendő rostot,ch-t és fehérjét is tartalmaznak. ▪️Norwegian ‘Fiskesuppe’/Fish Soup▪️ - Ingredients (4 servings): 400g white fish fillets, 150g cooked prawns, 1 yellow onion, 1 carrot, 1 lemon, 1 fish stock pot/cube, 100ml milk, 75ml cream, salt & white pepper, dill or chives - dice the onion and carrot - Cut the fish into cubes - with a little bit of butter, sauté the vegetables in a large pot for a few minutes - add a squeeze of lemon and add 500ml of water - add the fish stock and let boil for 5 minutes - add the cream and milk along with the fish and half the prawns, cook on a low heat for 3 minutes, add 1/4tsp white pepper - Chop the dill/chives and add salt and pepper to taste - serve in bowls, add the remainder of cooked prawns on top and add some grated lemon zest and extra dill/chives on top - served with homemade sourdough västerbotten ost bread! optional: add potato to the soup recipe to make it more filling! #fiskesuppe #fisksoppa #fishsoup #soup #souprecipes #healthyrecipes #healthyfoodinspo #foodinspo #foodstagram

Dandelion Bread💛👇 There are so many health benefits in Dandelions! 🙌 Dandelion Bread💛💚🍞 Ingredients: -About 1 Cup of the yellow parts from clean Dandelion Heads - 2 Cups of Einkorn Flour -2 Tsp of Baking Powder -1 Pastured Egg -Pinch of Salt -1 1/4 Cup of Milk of choice -3 TBSP of a neutral healthy Oil (I used some liquid Coconut Oil but Butter or Ghee would be good too) -½ Cup Raw Honey -Optional: I like to add Orange Extract or Essential Oil to make Orange Dandelion Bread. I used about 10 drops of an edible Orange Essential Oil Instructions: -Cut the yellow part of the flower away from the stem. -Pre-heat the oven to 400 F. Place the flour, baking powder and dandelions into a large mixing bowl, together with a pinch of salt and stir lightly. -Next, whisk the oil, egg, milk and honey together until combined. -Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and stir roughly until incorporated but not over-mixed. -Line a loaf pan with baking parchment and pour the batter into the pan, then bake for 15 minutes before lowing the temperature to 350 F and baking for a further 20 minutes. -Leave the loaf to cool a little in the pan before removing and serving in slices while still just slightly warm. Or you can cool it completely and serve it room temp. -Eat plain or with Butter, Ghee, or Honey on top. {SWIPE} MARTIN!!! I could always count on you for a laugh. But dayum Gina, you sure were in a toxic relationship! Now, there isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss this TV show, but how I saw it as a teenager vs now is like night and day. First, I always thought they were an older couple until I found out, watching reruns, that they were in their early twenties on the show. But most importantly, as an adult, I can see that Martin would have been shown the door in season one, but that's why it is TV and not anyone's real-life experience 🙃 Shows like these are classics, and I tend to re-watch them occasionally just to let my mind relax. I still appreciate a good scripted joke that is relatable to current affairs. Reality TV has also done that, but it can become too intense at times, and I can find myself stressed over a person's outcome on the show. Most importantly, laughter is the desired outcome. Relaxing my mind from the seriousness of the day or the future is a challenge. As an adult, watching funny shows is a low-effort form of play. Going to see a funny movie in theaters or a comedy club shows more dedication. However, I can only speak for myself, but my area for improvement is in the joy/play category. So much of my life has been structured around work, family, and stability that finding moments to go out of my way for fun doesn't happen often. I often feel guilty, and then there is the financial cost in addition to time and the looming question of, "Is this productive?" Well, I'm here to tell you, friends, that I've realized that if life is meant to be an experience, then there will always be "more" to obtain. In any direction you go, a lifetime can be spent "gaining." But there will not always be time. And it will be up to you to prioritize it 🤷‍♀️
