This is a space of magic and wonder. Hearts and minds have been opened here. Friendships have been made. Blood, sweat and tears have gone into this place. Twisted Yoga has come in many forms over the years. From starting off as a one-woman-band in my converted garage; to teaching in a school studio space; and now an amazing kitchen in Hadley Wood; as well as this lovingly refurbished and extended warm studio space in Bounds Green. And everything in between. One of the hardest things I think that I've had to deal with on a business level is watching all the hard work that we’ve put into the past 10 years dissolve away to the skeleton that our business is today. I've tried not to take it too personally but I'm only human after all and it has hurt me sometimes so much. So when we get our people - old faces of the past - returning back to us, it's honestly one of the best feelings ever. Wherever we are it's the people who make Twisted the close-knit and welcoming community that it is. It reaches far and wide. We've got teachers and students who are still connected to us, living all over the UK and some beyond these shores. And that's everything. Especially now as we continue through these strange times that we find ourselves in. I want you to know that if we've not seen you for a while, or if you've heard about us but you're not sure whether we're for you, we will always be here to welcome you in with open arms. It's been said a few times that we are the friendliest and warmest welcoming studio and community there is. That's not changed. In fact I'd say that with everything that's gone on recently we are even more grateful and happy to have you with us. We know that there are now about a gazillion options when it comes to practicing yoga so when you choose us we want you to know that it means alot to us. Without you we are just a warm room. With you we are everything and more❤️🥰🙏🏼
