LES ALLERGIES SAISONNIERES Vous vous êtes souvent demandé « Quelles sont les allergies en ce moment ? ». Les allergies, appelées aussi Rhinite allergique ou encore rhume des foins, suivent un cycle saisonnier, autrement dit elles surviennent chaque année à la même période. Les graines de pollen de différentes plantes sont responsables des réactions allergiques, selon les diverses saisons. Au début du printemps, surviennent les allergies à certains arbres et arbustes dont les bouleaux, les érables et les peupliers. Quand vient l’été, les allergies aux graminées entrent en piste, pour se poursuivre en automne avec les allergies au pollen d’ambroisie. Les symptômes d’une allergie sont très variés, en réaction aux divers allergènes. Ils peuvent se manifester sur différentes parties du corps, à savoir la peau, les yeux ou bien les voies respiratoires. Éternuement, conjonctivite, les yeux sensibles, gêne respiratoire voire crise d’asthme sont des symptômes se manifestant en réponse à une allergie. Pour lutter contre la rhinite allergique, vous pouvez préparer une solution à base d’huile essentielle et d’huile végétale de Nigelle. Le principe actif de la graine de Nigelle, la thymoquinone, connu pour sa propriété antihistaminique vous aidera à combattre vos allergies. Costus et miel d’Euphorbe viendront compléter le protocole. #allergies LA RECETTE PHYTOTHÉRAPIE : Dans un contenant, mélangez une cuillère à soupe d’huile végétale de nigelle, ainsi que 60 gouttes d’huile essentielle de Camomille allemande, et 40 gouttes d’huile essentielle d’Estragon. En application locale par massage sur le thorax, ce mélange vous aidera à calmer les symptômes liés à vos allergies. Vous pouvez appliquer ce mélange 2 à 3 fois par jours pendant la période allergisante. 알레르기의 시대 | 테리사 맥페일 지음, 장혜인 옮김 | 상상스퀘어 🌱제가 옮긴 책을 소개합니다! 봄가을이면 콜록, 엣취 소리가 여기저기서 들린다. 최근 몇 년 새 특히 어린이를 비롯해 알레르기 비염 환자가 많이 늘어난 것을 약사로 일하면서도 체감할 정도다. 이제는 계절에 한정하지 않고 알레르기 비염 환자가 꾸준히 찾아온다. 나도 그 흔한 알레르기 비염을 안고 있어 날씨가 선선해진다 싶으면 바로 약을 처방받아 둔다. 게다가 우리나라에는 그다지 흔치 않은(혹은 그다지 눈에 띄지 않는) 견과류 알레르기, 망고 등 옻나무와 과일 알레르기 등도 두루두루 갖고 있다. 한번은 식당에서 나오는 음식에 견과류가 들었는지 묻지 않고 무심코 먹었다가 숨쉬기가 몹시 힘들어진 적도 있다. 맞다, 나는 그 흔한 알레르기 환자 중 하나다. 이 책 번역은 바로 나를 위한 작업이었다. 흔히 알레르기가 있는 아이의 부모님들이 약국에 찾아와 가장 많이 묻는 말은 ‘이거 평생 가나요?’ ‘약 먹어도 그때뿐이고 안 낫던데’ ‘아빠가(또는 엄마가) 알레르기라 아이도 유전된 거겠죠?’ ‘집에 먼지가 많아 그런가, 공기청정기 바꿔야 할까요?’ 등이다. 여기에 대한 대답이 궁금하다면, 모두 이 책에 있다(스포일러로 말해 두자면 답은 ‘네!...하지만’ 이다). 알레르기는 분명 유전되기도 하지만 그렇지 않기도 하다. 우리 몸속 복잡한 면역계가 사실은 우리를 보호하기 위해 일하다가 ‘너무 잘’ 일해버린 결과이기 때문에 꼭 우리 몸을 탓할 필요도 없다. 사실 면역계는 ‘신체의 자연스러운 큐레이터’다. 우리가 이 기능을 혼란스럽게 만들고 있는 것뿐이다. 게다가 지금 우리는 알레르기를 약으로 그럭저럭 조절할 수는 있고, 분명 획기적인 약도 개발되고 있다. 하지만 약으로만 치유할 수는 없는 이유는 이것이 ‘환경’ 문제이기도 하기 때문이다. 그렇다고 공기청정기를 바꾸지는 마시라. 지구온난화, 매연, 일상에서 사용하는 각종 화학제품 등을 단번에 해결할 수 없다면 말이다. 이 책은 알레르기에 대한 과학과 역사를 샅샅이 파헤치는 한편, 전 세계적으로 알레르기가 늘어나는 이유에 주목하며 이 문제를 인류가 어떻게 해결해 왔고, 앞으로 어떻게 해결할지 살핀다. 저자 역시 알레르기 환자인 동시에 아버지를 벌독 알레르기로 잃은 장본인이기도 하다. 하지만 의료인류학자인 저자는 이 알레르기라는 문제를 개인에서 사회로 확장한다. 알레르기가 심화한 것은 우리 모두의 행동이 유발한 문제 때문이다. 그렇다면 해결 방법 역시 개인적이 아니라 ‘사회적’이어야 한다. 저자는 과학자들의 연구에서 한발 더 나아가 치료제 개발을 둘러싼 제약회사와 정부의 정책, 그리고 알레르기를 바라보며 낙인찍는 일반인의 시선까지 파헤치며 이 ‘개인의 문제’를 ‘사회적 문제’로 넓힌다. 알레르기 질환이 있는 사람은 우리가 미래에 마주할 환경 변화를 알려주는, (마치 광산에서 산소가 줄어든다는 사실을 가장 먼저 알려주는) 카나리아 같은 존재라는 말이다. 저자는 알레르기의 “해결책이 반드시 생물학적 해결책만은 아니며, 알레르기 증가에 영향을 미치는 ‘모든’ 일에 맞서는 공동 해결책이어야 한다”라고 주장한다. 내 몸을 넘어 사회와 인류로 확장되는 이 몹시 놀라운 알레르기 이야기를 읽으면 훌쩍거리고 숨쉬기 어렵고 몸이 가려운, 그저 ‘나만의 문제’가 곧 인류의 문제라는 사실에 감탄하며 놀라게 될 것이다. #알레르기의시대 #상상스퀘어 #상상스퀘어출판사 #테리사멕페일 #과학책추천 #과학도서 #교양과학 #의학책 #의학서적 #알레르기 #알러지 #비염 #음식알레르기 #꽃가루알레르기 #책스타그램 #북스타그램 #독서스타그램 #theresamacphail #Allergic #번역 #제가번역한책을소개합니다 #14번째역서

. آلرژی در کودک چگونه تشخیص داده میشود؟ برای تشخیص آلرژی، پزشک در ابتدا کودک را معاینه کرده و سپس سابقه درمانی کودک را جویا میشود. در ادامه بهمنظور تشخیص دقیق نوع آلرژی یکی از آزمایشات زیر تجویز میشوند. تست پوستی این نوع تست رایجترین روش برای تشخیص نوع ماده حساسیتزا در کودکان است. در تست پوستی وجود آنتیبادیهای IgE برای بعضی از آلرژنها (مانند غذاها، گردهها یا شوره حیوانات) سنجیده میشود. برای این کار مقداری آلرژن رقیقشده روی پوست قرار میگیرد و سپس در آن ناحیه یک خراش جزئی ایجاد میشود. اگر کودک به ماده حساسیتزای روی پوست آلرژی داشته باشد، یک برآمدگی کوچک (مانند نیش پشه) پس از حدود ۱۵ دقیقه ظاهر میشود. آزمایش خون در آزمایش خون برای تشخیص آلرژی، آنتیبادیهای IgE موجود در خون اندازهگیری میشوند. آزمایشی که بیشتر مورداستفاده قرار میگیرد RAST نام دارد. اگر بنا به دلایلی امکان آزمایش پوستی میسر نباشد، ممکن است از آزمایش خون استفاده شود. بهعنوانمثال، برای کودکانی که به بیماریهای پوستی خاصی مبتلا هستند یا کودکانی که اخیراً دچار یک واکنش آلرژیک شدید شدهاند، آزمایش خونی در اولویت قرار دارد. تست چالش این آزمایش زیر نظر متخصص ایمونولوژی و آلرژی انجام میشود. در تست چالش مقدار بسیار کمی از آلرژن از راه دهانی به کودک داده میشود. با استفاده از این تست پزشک قادر خواهد بود شدت واکنش آلرژی را ارزیابی کند. علت انجام این تست این است که تست پوستی یا آزمایش خون فقط احتمال بروز واکنش را تعیین میکنند و اطلاعاتی در خصوص شدت آن ارائه نمیدهند. آلرژی کودکان چگونه درمان میشود؟ درمان علائم کودک به سن و سلامت عمومی او بستگی دارد. علائم آلرژی گاهی شبیه سایر بیماریها و اختلالات است بنابراین تشخیص قطعی و درمان درست آن به پزشک بستگی دارد. سه روش مؤثر برای درمان آلرژی عبارتاند از: فاصله گرفتن از ماده حساسیتزا (آلرژن) ایمونوتراپی مصرف دارو #آلرژی_کودکان #حساسیت #آلرژن #آلرژی_غذایی #آلرژی_فصلی#پچ_تست #آلرژی_تنفسی #آلرژی_پوستی #حساسیت#آلرژن #آلرژی_حیوانات #pricktest #allergic #allergycenter #immonology #allergen #prick_test #animals #humanity #healthy

THE BAD 👎 3) Cafe Rouge: 2/10 Pros: clearly listen allergen information and an app Cons: why bother with allergen information if you slap a "may contain" om everything meaning the only thing in the entire menu my son could eat was bacon! THE UGLY 🚫 4) Foresters Inn: 1/10 (yep 1!) Pros: allergen information online and in the restaurant Cons: servers are not allowed to take allergen information to the kitchen. The lady we spoke to said they've been actively told NOT to write down allergy information and pass it to the chef. This is quite possibly the worst experience we've had on how to handle allergies. I even wrote a high level complaint to centerparcs and with no response. 5) Pancake House: 1/10 Exactly the same issue as above It seems the non branded Centerparcs restaurants (Centerparcs managed) would not bend to ensure safety of those with allergies whilst dining in the restaurant. It was totally disappointing as an experience 😕. We learn to expect nothing from our restaurant visits but actively being trained to NOT take allergy info from people is unsafe. Why would establishments not want to take as much care of people as possible? It's worth noting this was our experience 2 years ago - perhaps things have changed for the better?
