It is bottled from selected casks without adding water. The smell of iodine is the best I've ever tasted. It is persistent and lingers. It has a unique flavor with a spicy taste, and the saltiness is outstanding, and it seems that there are two types of people who like it. The strong 57% alcohol content gives it a strong body, and the aroma and taste do not collapse even when served in a highball, and the sweetness comes out strongly when watered down. However, it is not as deep as it should be because it has been aged for 6 to 7 years . #香の森 以前から何度か飲んだ事もあり気に入っていながらなかなか仕入れてなかったので入荷しました🍀 一番の特徴はクロモジを主役としたジンであることです ボトルにもクロモジの彫刻を施してあります 香り、味わいも腰が強く余韻に浸れるジンです🤔 トニックだけでなくロックやストレート、炭酸割りでもお楽しみ頂けそうです🙆♂️ 平たく言うと癖アリです笑(個人的に好きです) それでは今宵も19:00〜3:00まで #direstraits でお待ちしております @herb.osake #kanomori I've had it a few times before and liked it, but didn't stock it very often, so now it's back in stock. Niseko is now one of the best resort area in Hokkaido! We used to have a limited bottle of Lavender. This time it's a peppermint . as it says on the bottle! The taste is not as extreme as mint liqueur, But it is refreshing to the nose . I'm a habitual drinker again. It's interesting that at the end you can taste a specific lavender flavor, but is it just me?
