2019 has been full of so many things, it is hard to wrap my head around them all. My oldest grandson lost two teeth..TWO! How can he be that old? My youngest grandson is now fully potty trained. Awwww, such a big boy! My man and I went off roading several times, something I had never done before. He and I traveled across the country from North Carolina to Las Vegas and back. We saw so many amazing places, reconnected with family we hadn't seen in years, and became even closer as a couple. My man joined me as a partner in my business even among changes the company was going through. We have been able to grow our business together and continue to do so. This has allowed us to do all the things we want to do as a couple, as a family. We can go get that dinner out when we want to now, put that gas in the car before the light comes on, even pay for car repairs when the time comes. Our goal is to be able to have him retire in 2 years from his job...if he chooses to. He probably won't but hey, that option will be nice to have. What would you like your life to be like in 2 years? Do you see a future where you can call your own shots, travel whenever you want, buy what you want when you want? Do you want to be able to get all those little "extras" for your kids, or even yourself? Friend, it IS possible. You CAN have it all. The thing is you have to BELIEVE you can instead of believing the negative talk your mind tells you. Maybe your current situation isn't working and you need a change. It may be a small change or a complete change. Whatever you need you CAN have it. I am no expert is self help or coaching, far from it. I am an expert in moving from abuse, self sabotage and negative thinking to happiness in every aspect of my life. It took work but I am here. It's that time again! More Grand Canyon pictures. 😊 These pictures are farther down the trail but still somewhat close to the trail head. We had not entered the narrow part of the trail yet, but the view was getting better because the trail heads out to an overlook. If you look in the distance you can see a storm brewing way far away. I have no idea where that storm was actually centered over as we never reach it. Yesterday @dan_the_man7908 and I were at the annual Smokey Mountain Toy run hosted by @hdofasheville. My man and his parents have been joining this toy run for 14 years now, for me it is 6 years. I guess I am the baby of the group 🤣🤣 It was a cold day out, 36°F when we left the house at 10:30 am, so many people waited to arrive until it was almost time to pull out for the parade. For us that meant we got to be near the front of the lineup for the first time. 💜 If it seems like there aren't a lot of bikes there this year, this would be why. The majority showed up about 15 minutes before we left. Wimps! Lol jk 😜 There were a LOT there when we pulled out, I just didn't have my camera out to show you. I was scrolling through all the pictures I took at the Grand Canyon when I saw something odd. Do you see it? These pictures were taken at the same exact spot with me standing still. I took multiple pictures of each spot just in case some didn't come out. These pictures were taken in order, but as you can see something appears in one picture but not the others. 🤯 What is that? Why is it only in one picture? There are no windows or cars around us to cause a reflection so that isn't it. No one else was around either, just me and my man. He was off to the side of me sitting on a bench while I took pictures. You can see in the 4th pic he doesn't have his phone out and neither of us saw this thing while we were there. When you first visit the Grand Canyon you are faced with the choice of which entrance to drive to. It isn't like a waterfall where you drive to one spot to see it all. The Grand Canyon is so large and vast there are many points of entry to go see it. Makes sense, right? 😜 Our first view of the Canyon came as we drove up to the South Point entrance. At first we just saw low laying spots that were open, similar to a mountain view, then BOOM! There it was. Dan and I both went silent in awe and then started to say "oh wow!" over and over. 🤯 We were driving up a mountain road that only had a few places to stop with fees to park, so we didn't stop. I was driving so I don't have pictures of those views. Do you think it's possible to feel your brain healing/detoxing? Let me explain why I ask.... Most of my life, especially my adult life, I have suffered from anxiety, depression and trauma related issues. These came from years of domestic violence. I also spent almost 12 years on high doses of opioids to try to manage chronic pain from a car accident. Add in 2 head injuries that resulted in concussions and my head has probably been a mess. 😢 At the BeneYou convention I got my first bottle of the micronutrient B.You to try. I started with 6 per day and saw no difference so I bumped it up to 8 per day. For a few days after I had slight dizzy spells when I was laying down and would sit up, but not bad. I thought I was sick or dehydrated maybe. Looking back now I'm not sure. 🤷‍♀️ Yesterday I woke up and felt different. It was like being severely congested then it suddenly goes away. You feel the pressure release and everything feels and smells better, right? Well when I woke up it felt like pressure had been released off my brain and I just felt better. I felt, and still feel, happy. I had to stop and asses what this emotion was because it's been so long since I experienced it. I realized I no longer feel depressed in any way. I was in a crowd today and never had an anxiety attack creep in. I was smiling and laughing all day and night. My vision seems crisper and I noticed color variations I never saw before. 🤯 It is like someone adjusted the filter on my eyes and took away a grey filter I never knew was there. I don't know how else to explain it. 🤷‍♀️ Looking back over this past week I wonder if those dizzy spells were my brain "rebootong" or healing while taking the B.You. Whatever is happening, I am feeling great and I think 8 B.You per day is my magic number 💜

Wow! I wrote this post 1 year ago with tears of joy running down my face because I was finally free of that nagging cough. I am happy to report that after a full year of drinking Core AO that cough has been banished and never returned. I have also seen other amazing things happen too. The swelling in my feet and legs whenever I am up for more than 10 minutes now is gone. It did return during our 2 week drive cross country from being in the car. But it was minimal and would go away after drinking a CoreAO. I used to have problems with a leaking bladder (apparently common among women who gave birth 🤷‍♀️) but that has also dissapeared completely. My allergy attacks are few and far between and I have not had a single cold in this past year. I ended up on a SECOND in haler...a daily preventative one that had a steroid in it to keep my lungs open. 🤤 ~ Then comes this amazing powder Core AO. Now this powder doesn't cure anything, and what I'm about to tell you is my personal story about this powder...but I have to share. ~ I have been putting 2 of these Stiks in my water for 2 weeks now. Our country, our planet even, is such an amazingly beautiful and diverse place to be. While #dantheman and I were traveling to Las Vegas for the BeneYou convention we drove through the desert of New Mexico. It was very beautiful but vastly different than the mountains and valleys we have here in North Carolina. I couldn't help but be struck by the comparison as the two are complete opposites. While we were on the boat ride on the River Walk we came around a corner to see some performers dancing. It was fun to watch even if we didn't get to see the entire performance. Their dance reminded me of the years I spent tap dancing in dance class. Time to back up a bit to the beginning of our cross country trip west. Our first stop was in Texas to visit family in San Antonio. One of the cool things we did was take a boat ride on the river on their famous River Walk. 🚤 The whole scene was beautiful, it is like a city within the city. Two weeks on the road, lots of great friends made, so many inspiring things to digest and put to use, amazing places we visited along the way....phew! What an adventure. 💜 When we left home on September 12th we left with 150 hydration Stiks...5 flavors, 30 of each flavor. Now that we are home this is all that is left. 🤯 To be fair I did drink a GO Stik today but still.... I don't think we would have been able to do some of the things we did without these amazing Stiks. We hiked around the Grand Canyon, visited the 13 mile tour of Red Rock Canyon (we drove most of it but did get out and hike a few places), saw the Alamo and toured the River Walk, walked 6 1/2 blocks from a parking garage to downtown Las Vegas then walked around Vegas, had a 3 day convention, swam, shopped, made lots of friends, and everything in between. 😜 I feel so blessed to have been able to do all that this year. Last year I wanted to go but my health was so bad I couldn't even imagine doing half of what we did. After two weeks on the road we are home! We have had such a great adventure driving across the country and back, seeing so many great places, meeting so many new friends and visiting family along the way. Convention is over, friends have gone home and we are no longer in "sin city" but our adventure continues as we drive home to North Carolina. The flowers were not all in bloom anymore but it was still very beautiful. I would love to go back when the flowers are in full bloom. Today we visited the annual apple festival in Hendersonville,NC. We went early in the day on the first day so it wasn't crowded yet. That is a good thing because large crowds tend to trigger my anxiety. There are so many great things to see at the festival on main street. From the amazing local shops, the vendors with their hand made products, the vendors with amazing foods made from locally grown apples to all the flowers and museums. The food, different apples from different local orchards, live music and even a play area for kids. Earlier I showed you pictures of some wild elk in a field. Here is a video I took of them grazing and effectively ignoring the humans snapping pictures. 🤣🤣 ~ If you watch closely you can see a small bit of how many cars are in one tiny spot as well as a sign telling us the field is closed. It was sad to see how many people crowd in as close as they can as well as how most instantly forget about road safety. Have you ever seen wild elk casually grazing in a field? During our ride yesterday we came down out of the mountains to see this sight. This was right near the NC/TN boarder along the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are several fields with parking in front of them, and this is why. ~ People stop along the road to watch the elk in the fields and take pictures. The elk are oblivious for the most part though. 🤷‍♀️ ~ There are signs that you cannot go into whichever field the elk are in because they ARE wild animals.
