They specialise in Claypot Rice & Cheung Fun dishes (which is a classic dish mainly from the Southern Region of China, Hong Kong) [Gifted] What I tried: - Smashed Cucumber Salad - Chinese Salami & Chicken Pot & Rice - Softshell Summer roll w/ mango sauce & pomegranate salad - Popcorn Prawn Tempura - Pumpkin Korokke - Tobiko & Prawn Cheung Fun - Enoki Mushrooms & Fat Beef Flank Noodles w/ Sweet Soya Broth - Matcha Latte - HK Milk Bubble Tea Verdict: The Fatty Beef Noodle Soup and Sweet Soya Broth was super Umami-Rich! 😋👌🏼 We enjoyed all the starters & sides especially the Softshell Crab Summer Rolls, loved the mango sauce & pomegranate salad & also the Popcorn Prawns, so crispy and flavourful with the sauce! 🤤 I must say that it was slightly harder to review the Chicken & Salami Rice Pot and the Cheung Fun dish, as it is best enjoyed fresh and piping hot..it was slightly dry and no crispy bottom.😕 Overall, me and my family had a satifying meal with full on flavours on most of the dishes & we was lucky enough to have got some bubble teas which was really nice! Loved it! 😋👍🏼 I would definitely recommend ordering from them as they also offer a huge variety of dishes to choose from including vegetarian dishes. Decided I wanted crab summer rolls for dinner. Used crab I caught with my parents in 2019. Shell proves its real. Oops. Made the summer rolls with carrots, cucumber, & avocado. Tried the rice noodles but that was a fail. Who knew they needed 2-4 hours to soak. 🤷🏻♀️. I soaked for 2. And since it’s cold outside I added the left over crab to my Trader Joe’s clam chowder. 😍.
