The best chicken liver recipe! This recipe has won millions of hearts! Delicious! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Ingredients: 1 kg chicken liver, cut Olive oil Salt Pepper 1 onion, chopped 2 carrots, grated Paprika 180 g soft cheese 1 slice of pepper 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved Dried garlic Baguette Directions: Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken liver for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the liver from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add more olive oil if needed and sautรฉ the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes. Add the grated carrots to the pan and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season with paprika and salt. Return the cooked chicken liver to the pan with the vegetables and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a blender and add soft cheese. Blend until smooth. Transfer the liver pate mixture to a glass dish and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, heat olive oil in a separate pan and fry the chopped pepper and halved cherry tomatoes for 2-3 minutes. Season the vegetables with salt, paprika, and dried garlic, then cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. Cut the baguette into slices and toast in a preheated oven at 180ยฐC for 10-12 minutes until crispy. Spread the chicken liver pate onto the toasted baguette slices and top with the fried vegetables. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
