Flooring installed!!! 🪵 We installed laminate flooring throughout the apartments for a few different reasons. High durability, fast installation, easy to clean and economical. 2 floors done in less than 6 hours and on to the next one…. Some like to install floors later but It really depends if it’s real hardwood or pre-finished. The mess flooring makes with cutting, sanding and installing can be brutal on the walls. We prefer to install floors first then heavily protect while finishing up other trades. Why do the work twice??? At least this way the walls can be prepped and painted completely. Tile Installation We used a two tone, various size, half & half layout for the bathroom walls. 🤗🤗🤗Instead of just sticking inside the shower we covered the entire wall for a little bit more flare behind the mirror / vanity section. On the main floor we used a 12x24 Perlé and tied it all in with a 12x12 mosaic on the shower floor. Neutral colors but the bluish grey gives a little more pop.
