Dinner @cutlasvegas was exceptional. This is still one of the top 5 steakhouses in LV. Started out with a perfect Stoli Elit martini with 3 blue cheese olives, obviously. You might think this is normally a simple order, however, so many waiters only bring you 2 olives or charge you for the olives extra. Here’s looking at you @wynnlasvegas. Next was a delicious crab cake. Then a 35 day dry aged Nebraska 14 oz New York, which was cooked exactly to my liking. The sides are the hand cut French fries and the Kung Pao Cauliflower. The KPC was the surprise of the evening. Order this next time you are there and you won’t be disappointed. The interior has been renovated since we were last there and it now looks incredible. They have definitely lightened up the room. After dinner we went to The Rosina for a drink. Very disappointed in the Rosina, staff was absentminded, wrong order, took way too long with our drinks and basically a write-off, off my list for sure. Better bet would be Bar Parasol or Tower Suite Bar @wynnlasvegas or Allé Lounge on 66 @resortsworldlv. It’s official. I had the greatest steak of my life in #LasVegas, and it was at @cutlasvegas. G kept telling me for weeks about this Wagyu, and after thinking about it constantly - I had to get it. Everything that happened this night was phenomenal. They gave us a private tour of the kitchen, and the food and old fashioneds were beyond words. It was so good, I missed most of the pictures. But I made sure to get the crème of the crop. 🥩💯
