🇷🇴🍇 Hi wine lovers, We from Arta Vinus want to take you on an exploration trip true the Romanian and Moldavian Grape varieties. We will start with the Feteasca Neagra ❤️🍇 You can find Feteasca Neagra in all wine regions of Romania, and almost all Romanian wine producers like to use this variety for atleast one of their wines. It’s considered to be one of the oldest native grapes, deriving from Vitis silvestris (wild vine). It ripens in the second half of September and requires extensive exposure to sunlight to accumulate the expected sugar levels of at least 200g/l. This grape has low fertility and needs extensive work in the vineyard. The Feteasca Neagra has deeply colored skins which give it a medium-intense ruby color which turns slightly tawny when aged over a decade. The nose always includes dried plum, black fruits (black cherry, black currant) and sometimes overcooked red fruits. The jamminess is not a fault, but a character. In the upper end, we can find spicy notes (white pepper, cloves, cinnamon), as well as chocolate and tobacco. At its best, you can expect bold, decadent and savory. Meanwhile, the lower quality wines might have some pungent vegetable notes (wet forest floor, leaves). Usually, it’s dry, with high acidity when young and has medium-high tannins which can improve significantly by oak aging. The alcohol content varies between 11,5-14%. ‼️📚Abbiamo trovato 16 libri Ed. 2022 (gli ultimi!!) in magazzino non perfetti: alcuni si sono rovinati durante il trasporto, altri con problemi di legatura e taglio. Potrei farmeli ritirare e ristampare dalla tipografia, ma questo significa che questi libri andrebbero al macero. Questo è in netto contrasto con la mia scelta di fare del bene per l’ambiente rinunciando a una parte del mio guadagno per stampare i libri su carta ottenuta dagli scarti della lavorazione del vino. Dato che si tratta di piccoli difetti che non pregiudicano la consultazione del libro, ho pensato di fare 12€ di sconto e creare la possibilità di acquistare il libro come SECONDASCELTA che troverete direttamente sul mio sito web per pagare il libro 26€ invece di 38€, sempre con spedizione gratuita. L'aggettivo "etereo" rimanda al nome di una famiglia di composti organici chiamati "eteri", risultato di una serie di trasformazioni chimiche spontanee che coinvolgono le molecole di alcol, soprattutto in fase post-fermentativa e durante l'invecchiamento o la maturazione del vino. Un vino etereo è quindi caratterizzato dal profumo un po' pungente determinato da un lungo periodo di invecchiamento. This #chateau #grandvillage #bordeauxsuperieur shows a dense #bouquet of dark #cherry, #spices, rose petals, #violet and #graphite (reminds me @chateaulafiterothschild but in a complete différent way). L’immensità del Gelso C’è una pianta che ci prepara all’estate: il Gelso, con la sua maestosità, bellezza, ricco di succosi frutti. Il Gelso (Morus) ma non lasciatevi ingannare dal nome latino, non è parente delle “more da rovi” ma più parente delle famiglia delle “moracee” tipo il fico. La parte olfattiva del gelso condivide i sentori in tanti vini, merlot, sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, nero di troia, nero D’Avola per citarne alcuni, ma cosa più bella che odorando durante la maturazione si può apprezzare una fantastica parte floreale che davvero è preludio dell’estate che sta arrivando.
