Oh how I miss my Disney friends 🥺 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I never officially posted about it, but my program ended in July. I’m writing this from my dorm excited for my new journey of being a community advisor for my floor as well as the social media and photography intern for my schools center of leadership learning. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I met such amazing people on my program (not all included in this picture!!) and I’m so grateful for the memories we created ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This picture was taken at my “going away party,” where a bunch of us Art of Animators hit about everything on my to do list in Epcot, Hollywood studios, and Magic Kingdom. More people joined us later, and I felt extremely cared for 🥲 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I still haven’t read the Cinderella book that I had everybody sign (because I’m in denial) and it feels a little too “final” to close this chapter. Dear Diary, ✨🖊 Today I had my first class working towards earning my Mousters Degree in Leadership (so cute right??) 🐭📜 I’m so so happy Disney has started offering this program again to us DCP participants (a lot of the “Learning” aspects of the program hadn’t fully come back from the pandemic yet)!! 💖 Right after my class, I was able to celebrate my Program Graduation (though my final day isn’t until July 14th!) and meet Mickey and Minnie in their graduation gowns!! I got to hug them both, and it was a very special moment (they loved my earrings 😆)! Plus look how cute my graduation ears are! (I also got a couple of other small goodies I’ll post on my story!) I am feeling very motivated to make the most of my remaining time here, and trying not to let the sadness seep in that I will soon have to wake from this dream 🥺 If anyone has any DCP bucket list suggestions for me, please do share!! Happy 10 year anniversary to Art of Animation Resort! 🎨✨ I didn’t know what to expect when my role was revealed to me back in December, but I feel so lucky to work in such an iconic location with so many amazing cast members (not all included in these photos of course!) 💖 This resort is truly the ✨most Disney✨ resort across property, and I hope to one day be able to stay here as a guest and fully experience the magic us cast members work so hard to create for our guests! STORY TIME!! 3-4 years ago when Disney announced their plans for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind I kept saying how I would NEVER ride that ride. I am the biggest baby when it comes to rollercoasters. The thought of the ride vehicle spinning while moving like a normal rollercoaster terrified me. Picture 1: this photo was taken in 2019 at the Epcot Experience. This is me demonstrating how I truly felt about Guardians at the time. I was so nervous and scared to one day ride it and I 100% believed I would NEVER step foot into that ride. Picture 2: fast forward to my 7th ride on Guardians! I still can’t believe I was brave enough to ride it but boy oh boy am I so glad I did! But what’s so funny is that no matter how much I love the ride apparently my face doesn’t??? Because my ride pictures came out just as it did in 2019. Picture 3: now this picture fully represents how I actually am on the ride! You’ll find me dancing and singing with my hands up in the air the whole entire ride!! Im obsessed!! Picture 4: my 8th ride on Guardians and apparently my face still looks exactly the same 😂 I have a theory as to why I look like this in every ride photo. Our guess is is that the ride photo is taken as soon as you start to go backwards. In that point of the ride a lot is going through my head. Im trying to figure out WHAT SONG IS THIS?!?!!! Because I’m just so excited and have to know immediately and this is the point in the ride when the song starts! This is also the one part of the ride that makes me slightly sick and the only part I sometimes close my eyes for but once we get past that part it’s a party!!!! I don’t know the point of this post anymore but I’ve been dying to compare my “first ride picture” to my real ride pictures and I just think the outcome is hilarious! Happy opening day Guardians! Sappy post warning!! Today marks 11 months since I moved to Florida! And not that I need to make an announcement but today will be my last milestone post. My program ends June 2nd. I’ll be going home to Louisiana after my program ends to go help make another type of magic for the summer BUT I did get an apartment down here with @happilyrachael and I will be returning to Florida come August!!! Y’all let me tell you … this ride is NO JOKE!! ☠️ I was not prepared for how intense and absolutely exhilarating this was going to be!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For those of you that don’t know, cast members were granted early access to the new Guardians of the Galaxies ride: Cosmic Rewind ✨hybrid coaster✨ before it opens to the public, and it is AMAZING!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I seriously cannot wait to go back and feel so grateful for my emotion support Pooh who I grabbed out of my bag as the ride started (poor little guy got squished so hard from my death grip lol). 😆 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Definitely the biggest coaster I’ve ever been on (and the closest I’ve probably ever felt to loosing consciousness lol) I feel much more prepared for Rock N’ Roller Coaster now! 😅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Excited to get back into some of the parks next week (and stay at a Disney Resort for the first time!!) 💖

Hanging out in Epcot before a shift is my favorite pastime 🌸 🌺 The flower and garden festival is GORGEOUS and such a fun addition to my pre-shift visits! The fact that I can take the Skyliner to work makes me so so happy (even though I was terrified of it before 😜) Yorkshire County Fish Shop “chips” 🍟 + Epcot pianist in the United Kingdom pavilion = very happy me 🥰
