Let’s talk about Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. 🎢 This roller coaster is still one of the hardest to ride, given that you can only experience it through either purchasing Lightning Lane OR getting lucky with the virtual queue at 7 am sharp. ⏰ Which option do you tend to do to experience the EPCOT roller coaster and which song do you hope you’ll get? Walt Disney World edition! 🎒Expedition Everest: Animal Kingdom’s legendary Yeti will chase you through the mountains where you have to race backwards for a bit before the final big drop! 🎸Rock n Roller Coaster: Take a ride with Aerosmith at Hollywood Studios where you will have a lightning quick launch into three quick inversions! (Currently closed but I couldn't leave it out) 🚀 Space Mountain: A classic at Magic Kingdom that is in the dark and full of twists and turns! 🪐Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind: There’s really nothing to compare this EPCOT coaster to; it’s truly unique and AWESOME 🏍️ TRON Lightcycle/Run: The newest ride in Magic Kingdom and it brings some speed, but only lasts about 70 seconds (which is how long the virtual queue spaces usually last too 😂), and be sure to take a spin both during the day and at night! It's better at night though. My rankings: If we were counting Disneyland then The Incredicoaster would be #1. But for WDW they are: 1) Rock N Roller Coaster 2) Everest 3) Guardians (this is my favorite of all of them but I don't scream as much. Craving a coaster ride??? Look no further than Disney World!! Did you know that there is at least one or more roller coasters at each park?? My current favorite is Tron at Magic Kingdom or Slinky Dog at Hollywood Studios!! Most parents think because of the height requirements on the coasters they can’t go on them if they have kids. BUT there is such thing as a rider swap! This means that one parent will stay with the children and one will go in stand by (or lightning lane if you have a pass) and then the second parent will get to go in lightning lane line once the first parent arrives back to help with the kiddos. We do this on every trip so my husband and I can rock some coasters during nap times!! If you are interested in this perk, see a cast member at a blue umbrella or at the gate of the ride and they can help you set it up or point you in the direction of where to set up specific passes. Also, if you have a child who can go on a ride, and another who can’t, the child who can go can participate in rider swap with the one parent in stand by and the parent in lightning lane! My family happened to be at Disney World the day Tron/Lightcycle Run opened! Being able to ride Tron its first day of operation, the first time we had done this for any attraction, was a special, wonderful experience. ✨ . The photos above are our unfiltered first reactions to what is, in our opinion, the greatest roller coaster in Magic Kingdom. We loved it at first ride! Even though we are not huge fans of the Tron film franchise the theming, thrills, and music of this attraction make it an incredible experience for diehard Tron fans and newcomers alike. 💙 .
