‼️Critter Country is now CLOSED as of May 1st!‼️ Critter Country is now closed as it is being reimagined for Tianas Bayou. Abrió sus puertas el 1ro de mayo de 1989 con el nombre de Disney-MGM Studios, que originalmente tenía 2 áreas dedicadas a estudios de producción y animación, en las cuales se produjeron varios proyectos de Disney y los estudios se utilizaron en la filmación de diversos proyectos de otras compañías. I AM A PECOS BILL STAN 🗣️ I honestly can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m loving Pecos Bill right now?? This quick service in Magic Kingdom serves up Mexican inspired eats and has been dubbed the Taco Bell of Disney World (and not in a good way 🤣). Now I’m not gonna act like this is the best quick service in Magic Kingdom but it’s serving up exactly what I want, super simple nachos, tacos, and fajitas! 🌮 This is a straight forward, tasty spot that is consistent almost every time! My recent go to order is the Beef Nachos for $11.49 with a side of guacamole for $2.50. 🥑 I definitely bullied Sage into this for lunch because it isn’t a super beloved spot but that makes me curious, what are YOUR Magic Kingdom quick service opinions?? Goooood morning from the Jungle Cruise! 🚤😂 The Jungle Cruise at Magic Kingdom is a must ride for us everytime we go! We giggle at the jokes (even though we have heard them 10000% times) we love the scenery and he relaxing boat ride with our littles. (Honestly it’s so nice Denver fell asleep on Trevor on the ride!) I will say that if you get Genie+, this ride tends to be one of the top three that sell out the fastest, so if you can snag a good return time early, I suggest doing so!! The most BRUTAL, HOTTEST, SWEATIEST time in Disney World is coming BACK, Y’ALL! 🔥😫 And we’re PUMPED for it?? EPCOT 🌐 International FOOD & WINE 🍇🧀🥖🍷 FESTIVAL dates were dropped! This festival kicks off LATE summer August 29th & wraps up November 23rd! 🐭💫 WOO! 🙌 We LOVE this festival & all of its epic eats even if we’re ducking under tables to hide from the sun & sweating into our Cheddar Cheese soup. 😂 It always starts off super hot, but cools down a little as it reaches the end (making those heavier, creamier, hotter dishes even better in the somewhat-colder-but-not-really-months)! There are far few around the pools. Another thing missing is hot tubs. You won't find them around the pools to soak those aching bodies after a long day at the parks. THIS IS AN EPCOT ICON! 😍 When it comes to amazing EPCOT snacks, Kringla Bakeri is home to some of the best!! This spot is located in the Norway Pavilion and is the perfect spot to rest those vocal cords right after you sign your heart out of Frozen Ever After. ❄️ This is where you’ll find the famous School Bread! 🍞 School bread is a sweet bread filled with custard and topped with sweet icing and coconut. I tend to have a love hate relationship (sometimes I love it, sometimes i hate it 🤷🏼♀️) with this one BUT there’s no denying it’s a fan favorite. You can also find the delicious Viking Coffee here as well as more pastries and sweet treats! We love ending up here for breakfast or a last minute snack. Consider splitting a meal between adults to save some money. Especially if you’ll be snacking some throughout the day. Also, adults: consider grabbing a kids meal if you have a smaller appetite. They typically come with two sides and a drink too! 💸Getting groceries delivered not only saves time but also a ton of money! Just buying a pack of waters, some quick snacks and breakfast items would be worth the extra delivery fee. (PS Walmart delivers to the resorts if you have Walmart+.) 💸 This one can be hard if you don’t have enough space in your luggage. But bringing even some small items like glow sticks for nighttime events could save from dropping a hundred bucks on plastic light up toys. 🤷🏼♀️ 💸 Packing your own waters and snacks is huge! I can’t say it enough! Drinks and food in the parks are so expensive. A super quick way to save money is to pack those waters and snacks you got delivered. PS You’ll need a cooler because it gets hot in Disney World. 💸 Some retailers like Costco will sell discounted gift cards periodically. My personal favorite is using the 5% off from a Target Red Card to get an easy discount. Grab one a month leading up to the trip for dining and souvenirs. This might be the most UNDERRATED spot in EPCOT! 🤯 EPCOT food is pretty famous thanks to their famous festivals happening almost all year! I absolutely love checking out the different festival foods, drinks, and entertainment options but what I don't always love is using a trash can for a table. 🤷🏼♀️ Now yes, trash can tables are a right of passage in this park BUT sometimes you just need a seat! Recently my hunt for air condition and a real life table has taken me to Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion and I gotta say... I'm kinda obsessed with this spot? ☀️ I've heard it dubbed the EPCOT food court but I think that discredits just how good this food has been lately! There are tons of different options like Birria Tacos, the Pepperoni Pizza Roll, and the Oak Grilled Salmon (my favorite.) 🌮 It also has enough options to please almost everyone in your family which is a huge plus! Reminiscing of our first trip to Disney with our sweet Denver and now we are planning our first trip as a family of four and Dallas’s first trip and I am PUMPED 😍✨🫶🏼 We will do all four parks in June/July with our family! Yes it is hot, but we know how to prepare and we know all the best spots to take breaks around the park so we feel confident in going! This photo above is when we took Denver at three months old and we had a wonderful time! I “wore” him most of the time so he could nap constistently and I wasn’t taking him in and out of the stroller. When he was awake, we tried to keep him in the stroller or held him so he could see everything! His favorite ride was Mickey’s Runaway Railway and he loved the shows!! ☺️✨ You are able to bring in a cooler and breastpumps, milk, snacks, etc, so I was able to pump and breastfeed all over the parks no problem! 🫶🏼 ( I wore my wearable @elvie breast pumps when I needed to pump and I had portable chargers to keep them charged for the whole day so I could make sure he was well fed and I was feeling good! ☺️) Need tips and tricks for taking an infant/toddler to Disney?? COME PIN TRADING WITH ME 💞 Today I’m filming a video on Disney Secrets (🤫) and one thing a lot of people don’t know about is Disney Pin Trading!! 📍 This is one of my favorite little Disney things because I LOVE collecting and trading Disney pins! 🫶🏻 Today I forgot my pins at home to do a little trading so I grabbed this Disney blind bag and was ready to go! ✨ In case you don’t know what this is, basically you buy a Disney Pin in the parks and then Cast Members around Disney World will have a pin board, a trading lanyard, or pin pack that has pins you can trade for. 🤍 This is my favorite way to interact with Cast Members, add a little plus up to your Disney trip no matter where you are, and grab small souvenirs that can be super niche and easy to take home! 🛍️ Is this something you do on your Disney trips?? Sharing #disneytipsandtricks every day until my next trip to Walt Disney World, Day 33!!! Let’s talk about free things that you can find in Disney World! Okay so let’s start off with souvenirs: celebration button pins from most stores and any guest relations desk, drivers license at Tomorrowland Speedway, Kidcot crafts in Epcot, maps at any location in Disney (yes, I consider maps a souvenir), and some other small things. Now food: tasting different sodas from around the world at Club Cool in Epcot, cups of water from counter service restaurants (stay hydrated my friends), refills of drinks at most quick and counter service restaurants, samples of chocolate, ice cream, and cookies from various places, and birthday rewards for places in Disney Springs. And finally experiences: Campfires at a number of resorts on Disney World property, Movies Under the Stars at almost every resort on property, Animal viewings at Animal Kingdom Lodge Resort, Festival Concerts at The America Gardens Theater in Epcot, and some other fun things to do. I’ve gone to Disney for my birthday multiple times and the Birthday Buttons are the best! And sometimes cast members make a little magic happen if they see you with a celebration pin… like a free cupcake or a small snack. Be gracious and maybe send in a cast member complement in on the Walt Disney World App if you can! The cast members make everything so much better! LET'S GO TO THE PEPPA PIG THEME PARK!! 🐷🌈✨️ Okay, this is my honesty moment with y'all, I never thought I would step foot in this theme park. This park is ADORABLE and so sweet but it is intended for families with toddlers and younger kiddos and I'm just not in that demographic right now. 🤷🏼♀️ I had to break the news to MY Peppa AKA my sweet dog Pepper 🐶 that while I consider her MY lil toddler (she DID just turn three after all!!), she could not come. She's still not talking to me. However, when we decided to do 10 THEME PARKS IN ONE DAY (🫨), Peppa made the list! Craving a coaster ride??? Look no further than Disney World!! Did you know that there is at least one or more roller coasters at each park?? My current favorite is Tron at Magic Kingdom or Slinky Dog at Hollywood Studios!! Most parents think because of the height requirements on the coasters they can’t go on them if they have kids. BUT there is such thing as a rider swap! This means that one parent will stay with the children and one will go in stand by (or lightning lane if you have a pass) and then the second parent will get to go in lightning lane line once the first parent arrives back to help with the kiddos. We do this on every trip so my husband and I can rock some coasters during nap times!! If you are interested in this perk, see a cast member at a blue umbrella or at the gate of the ride and they can help you set it up or point you in the direction of where to set up specific passes. Also, if you have a child who can go on a ride, and another who can’t, the child who can go can participate in rider swap with the one parent in stand by and the parent in lightning lane!
