This next batch of posts is going to be all about gluten-free dining at @disneyland in California! This is my first vacation post-celiac diagnosis and honestly, I'm glad it was here. I did extensive research to figure out the best celiac and wheat allergy-friendly places, and so far it's been a success! First up is Naples Ristorante e Bar in Downtown Disney. While there aren't many gf options here, the penne alfredo with broccoli held together amazingly well and was a perfect after-plane ride meal. Make sure you ask your server about this as the gf pasta isn't listed on the menu - they have spaghetti too!
