Last day…back to Port Canaveral. We didn’t go to our main dinging room for breakfast as we were taking the DCL transfers & needed to be on the bus by 830am. Could we have made it? Probably. But it was nice not to worry & we just grabbed some food at Cabanas. Before we left the room I was watching the goings on at the port. I could watch that all day. So much going on. On one cruise we saw all the Christmas decorations being loaded for the next sailing. This time, new exercise equipment…or maybe those went off the ship? I don’t know. Still fascinating to me. As the DCL bus left port, we waved good bye to the Fantasy. But we weren’t too sad…we headed to WDW for one last night. I really don’t like rushed travel days. I know it doesn’t work for everyone, but whenever possible, I will book one last night on property to not rush to the airport. 🤣 We arrived at Wilderness Lodge & checked in for our Copper Creek Studio stay. I’ve always loved Wilderness Lodge, but this was my first stay. Our room was ready within 30 mins of our arrival which we were thrilled about. Room was nice & felt bigger than the Studio at Riviera we had in August. Loved that we had a first floor patio to sit out on too. But a certain someone & I didn’t sit long…we went for an Adventure while Baba watched some football. We took a boat to MK then walked to Contemporary. Did some shopping then took the monorail to My Beloved Poly & had every intention to get a Dole Whip but the line was too long. Then headed to Grand Floridian to see the tree & gingerbread house. We got a quick snack & sat outside for a bit just enjoying the resort. The last stop was going to be World of Disney - but we were both getting tired so we grabbed a Lyft back to the resort & rested before dinner. Dinner was at Whispering Canyon Cafe. Loved that it was right at our resort & we didn’t need to go far. After dinner, Stevie got a caricature done. It turned out super cute & it’s such a fun souvenir. On Sunday morning, we headed to MCO for our flight home. #disneycruiseline #dreamsunlimitedtravel #wildernesslodge

Day 7 - Castaway Cay (Disney’s Private Island) 🌴❤️☀️ We got to Castaway Cay later than planned due to rough seas slowing us down. But the Captain let us stay longer to make up for it! We had breakfast while heading to port & then we got ready for our beach day! Water was cool, but it was again snowing at home so we all took the plunge & made the best of it. We had a very magical day & I even got Stevie to recreate a photo from out last cruise. Sadly, we got our luggage tags after dinner…worst part of a cruise…the end. #disneyfantasy #disneycruiseline #dreamsunlimitedtravel
Day 6 - At Sea After breakfast at Cabanas, Stevie & I went up to deck 12 to watch a movie/hang out…that lasted about 5 mins before we decided to spend the day at the pool. And that’s exactly what we did. Pool Day ALL day!! We had perfect pool day weather. It was awesome. Stevie really liked the shows this cruise & Frozen was her favorite. That was her very favorite movie for a good 2+ years so I’m happy she enjoyed it. After the show we hung out on deck 4 & played Shuffle Board (or our version of it anyway). At one point Mrs Claus walked by us & told Stevie “no cheating!” ☺️ After shuffleboard we watched a little of Mrs Claus reading Night Before Christmas. I love that Merrytime Cruises have all these extra experiences. Makes it so magical! #disneyfantasy #disneycruiseline #dreamsunlimitedtravel
Day 5 - St Thomas We booked the island shopping bus tour through DCL because it seemed like a good way to see parts of the island, get some shopping in & be back onboard pretty early. It was just over 2 hours & fairly inexpensive. It was a beautiful sunny & warm day and I got to shop! What more can a girl ask for? I know!! How about lunch on the aft deck with these views? I even saw Wonder of the Seas in port. It’s such a huge ship - looks awesome! 🚢 It was snowing at home this day & I was soaking in all of the sun while I could! I booked Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for that afternoon as well. I think I may have been more excited for BBB than Stevie at first, but she did have a great time. I have never been inside a BBB so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was fun to watch Stevie decide on her princess gown, hair style, and crown. We were the only Guests in BBB during our time & Stevie’s Fairy Godmother, Ana, was amazing. She was so good with Stevie & just made the experience even more magical in my opinion. She offered to put pixie dust in my hair & normally I would have been all over that, but I was going to wash my hair before dinner so it felt like a waste of pixie dust. Next time. ✨✨ I was surprised & honestly, impressed on how much “stuff” you get when doing the package we selected. The crown & dress itself are VERY magical qualities. But she also got the makeup, nail polish, hair extension, a necklace & a little tote bag. Was it cheap? No. But I thought it was a very magical experience & done the Disney way. After dinner we decided to go see a movie & saw Disenchanted. Stevie loved seeing a movie on the ship (even if it’s one we had already seen). #disneyfantasy #disneycruiseline #dreamsunlimitedtravel
