Okay this was really hard to pick so few images because Epcot is just one of my favorite parks. But for us, an early entry Skyliner ride gliding into the International Gateway is the BEST way to start the day. Riding Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure with little wait and then grabbing pastries and savory snacks for breakfast in the France pavilion is perfection. If there is a festival happening, sampling food and drinks around the park is always a good idea. The rides are all fun (except Figment- don’t come at me 🫣) and the live performances are amazing. We finally tried the famous Lobster Nachos at Lamplight Lounge in Disney California Adventure! Everything was delicious and we were expecting to love the lobster nachos, but what stole the show was the Salmon Poké. It was bright, fresh, and super flavorful! The cocktails were also not to be missed if you enjoy an adult beverage. 🍹 They complimented the meal very well and were wonderfully made. The hand pies at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure have been slightly updated! We think its more of an ✨upgrade✨ though. The frosting is no longer covering the entire top (like a pop tart would), but is now in a striped pattern. We've also noticed that the dough is much softer and more pillowy than before, which means it's not just a cosmetic change! 😋 We loved the hand pies before, but enjoy them even more now with this upgrade. 💕 The frosting isn't overpowering and the pie itself is delicious! 🥧
We grabbed lunch from Lucky Fortune Cookery in Sanfransokyo on a recent trip to DCA✨ 1️⃣Yaki Udon with Karaage-inspired Crispy Chicken: served with mushrooms, sugar snap peas, bok choy, dark soy and hoisin sauces-$18.49 2️⃣Pot Stickers: Vegetable and chicken pot stickers-$8.49 We were a little split on the Yaki Udon! A couple of us didn't really enjoy it and felt that the ingredients blended together too much while one of us thought it was pretty good and the noodles had good texture. We all agreed that the pot stickers were under a heat lamp for too long though!

Here is everything we were able to accomplish: + sampled eight dishes from the food booths, Gourmet Landscapes in Canada is still the best one! France also has some great options + viewed the chalk art, there were a few for the new movie, Wish. I still need to see it 🫣 + did the paint by numbers mural + took a drawing class. they happen daily at the theater in America at 12:30 and 1:30 pm + shopped for art. we got a @thomaskinkade canvas of mickey and friends in Italy. you get a free character sketch on the back of any piece of art purchased, we chose orange bird + met TONS of characters in the America pavilion + bought two Taylor Swifts. then had a mango margarita and bought six more 😭 + saw another iconic sunset + got conga on guardians. one way or another simply isn’t going to happen for me at this point 🫠 Have you been to Festival of the Arts?! It's a special Lunar New Year dish for the festival.🏮 📍At Studio Catering Co. you can grab the Char Siu-style Ribs-$8.49 These are served with roasted peanuts and scallions and are covered in a deliciously sticky, tangy sauce. The ribs themselves were so tender that they fell off the bone. We would have loved even more! 😋

On our last visit to DCA, we tried some of the Lunar New Year offerings at 📍Pacific Garden Grill. 1️⃣Korean-style BBQ Chicken served with steamed rice, kimchi, and pickled cucumber-$17.99 2️⃣Pork Banh Mi Sandwich: Grilled pork belly with pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, and jalapeño with spicy mayo-$14.49 3️⃣Bulgogi Fried Rice with kimchi, egg, pickled cucumber, green onion, and sesame seeds🆕🌱-$14.49 We were a fan of everything and appreciated the portion sizes, but the Bahn Mi was our favorite! Red Dragon Spice Traders Market has one of the best AND one of our least favorite offerings at this year's Lunar New Year Festival in DCA. 1️⃣Red Spice Fried Chicken Bites: Fried chicken chicharrones in spicy red chile sauce-$8.75 We absolutely loved this dish. The chicken was covered in a delightful sauce that had wonderful flavor and actual spice! 🌶️ Disney often markets things as spicy that don't really set our mouths ablaze (we like our spice 🔥) but this was a different story! If you're craving something with a kick, this is for you! 2️⃣Spicy Fried Rice with tofu and crispy peas🆕-$8.00 This was unfortunately our least favorite things from the Festival so far. The dish as a whole felt very one note in regards to flavor and texture. We were hoping the crispy peas would have added some much needed crunch, but there just weren't enough to help. It did have a nice tangy mild spice, but we were hoping for more!
