Oh, you know… just sitting here thinking about Geyser’s Point right about now. 😋 Ever since we had this Cheesy BBQ Brisket Dip and well known Bison Burger during our last trip to Walt Disney World, we haven’t been able to get it out of our heads. 🤯 Geyser Point Bar & Grill is a beautiful hidden (or not so hidden anymore… the secret has gotten out!) quick-service restaurant located at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort. Yes, you heard me - it’s a QUICK-SERVICE location, meaning you typically won’t pay as much as you would at a normal sit down, table-service restaurant. 🙌 It definitely has a higher end vibe to it though. This restaurant is all outdoors - you have your choice of sitting at the bar, in comfy chairs, or on plush couches. There’s not a bad spot in the house, and to top it off, you have views of Bay Lake right in front of you! It really was beautiful. ⛴️ They don’t take reservations, so come early or be prepared for a little bit of a wait. It is very worth it though! Dropped into the park yesterday to grab the newest set of popcorn buckets, including the magic key exclusive. I placed mobile orders at alien pizza planet in case the lines were too long to wait for popcorn. Pixar Fest is finally here!! 💫 And because I am SUCH a BIG Pixar fan, I couldn’t pick just one movie to bound as, so I decided to go with the Pixar ball! 💙💛❤️ I don’t know what it is about Pixar movies but they just hit me in the feels every time! Continuing my series on height restrictions within the parks, and today it’s #disneyshollywoodstudios! As always we see the more intense rides in the park having the higher restrictions, and with Rockin Roller Coaster, mainly as it’s a high intense rollercoaster, that does turn you upside down! Tower of Terror is a free fall ride, with only a belt across your lap, so some find it a bit unnerving!! Rise of the Resistance is based on trackless technology and as I always point out, the best ride in any theme park! It’s a little intense, perhaps for those littler ones, but my young children love it!! Star Tours is a simulator, which I know a lot of people do struggle with! This is quite intense and has a lot of jerks and sudden movements!! Slinky Dog with its lower restriction is a GREAT first rollercoaster for those little ones!! Such a fun ride! Pros: Beautiful and new, stunning bathroom, pull down Murphy bed, nice views of the hotel grounds, limited fireworks view from the room, nice size refrigerator. Cons: limited storage and a small closet,no balcony,no bathtub but there is a little baby tub in the closet. The Princess and the Frog details are lovely and the room feels bright and open.
