I want to believe that everyone has the ability to create their own happiness from within. For me, in the present time I could enjoy from handwashing some of my favorite white clothes, to sweeping my favorite place, to traveling and exploring any place I want to explore, to learning ANYTHING I want to learn, to reading what I want to read, or being by myself to avoid the unwanted noise of people’s complaints. I lost my passport with my purse during this small hike. Someone found it and returned it in few hours to the main office. Learning, my passion and my addiction! (hopefully not a bad one). Today, I tested myself learning a new skill. Something I wanted to learn several years ago, and because I let myself being consumed by work and other priorities that were NOT MYSELF I kept postponing this amazing opportunity 🌟 Today, I learned several lessons besides the foundation of snowboarding. First, I learned new weaknesses I had that I was not aware of. I am still scared of being hurt and my memories from my first ⛷️ lessons in Italy are still hunting me. Those slopes from that first experience were incredibly inclined and there is still fear in my heart. Today, I understood closely the fear all my babies feel every time we present them with a new physical challenge. Today, I understood it is ok to feel vulnerable in order to become skillful and stronger. No state is permanent. As soon as vulnerability doesn’t become a cozy place, it is ok to be vulnerable (for a little bit). Finally, today I remembered what true physical pain is. It is possible that I abused my body to the point that my back and my torso were not able to coordinate with my arms and legs to get up. Luckily, at the end the mind and the body connected to make things work. My third day in London - The Royal Opera 🇬🇧 This tour has been so far the most magical to my taste. Being able to step on stage and to access areas, see rehearsal, observe costume making (touch them 🌟) and learn so much of production behind the scene has been a superior enriching experience in my life. Three things that you maybe didn’t know about the Royal Opera: 1. They have three companies that create, develop and execute EVERYTHING IN HOUSE: The Ballet, The Opera, and The Orchestra. 2. That building got in fire two times as the consequence of experimentation to produce REALISTIC EFFECTS for their performances lol. 3. They need to sell 95% of their tickets PER SHOW in order to pay for the net cost of production and ONLY BREAK EVEN. My afternoon finished at TATE MODERN 🌟 This place was literally INSANE!! Spoiler (wait that you see the 🪜 ) I have walked today over 30K during the whole day. Almost non-stop. A DATE with that special one… It has been over six months that we were not able to have a lonely time (probably because I am a workaholic). Today it was no a special calendar date as normal people would say, since most of them need a valid excuse to celebrate “whatever they celebrate”. Today was a regular day where I finished most of my work early (still wearing my jamys) and found my dad at home chillaxing. Then… I invented a little FUN adventure to HUNT for something together and that ended in a cute lovely seafood dinner with daddy. The only seafood I like is CRAB! So this was truly a WIN-WIN. My big WIN during this adventure was to defeat my FEAR to FREE FALL! My journey to defeat one of my biggest fears is coming to an end soon (probably after I can jump down with a parachute). I started training jumping in large trampoline, then jumping down tall heights, and now taking this challenge in the 3.8 kilometers of ziplines.
