Just finished this #toyota #tundra Crew Max that came in for an audio upgrade. We started by installing Sony’s flagship double din radio with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. We were able to retain the factory steering wheel controls and OEM rear camera. Then we replaced the dash speakers with Audison 2” midrange speakers and Hertz Cento Pro 6x9 speakers in the front doors. We also installed JL Audio 6.5” speakers in the rear doors. We custom built a subwoofer enclosure for an Audison 10” woofer behind the passenger rear seat and powered it all with an Audison6 channel amp. We laser cut an ABS mount for the amplifier and mounted it under the passenger front seat. The result was great! Our client was happy and just recently decided to add Sirius XM as well. Let’s change the way we train our core!! Rather than focusing on the burn we should focus on mindful movement of the spine. BackSync’s SEG-B does a great job of giving us feedback to drive intent and intensity during our core training! The spine is made up of 24 vertebrae and our goal is to move each one individually. Most people cannot do so and tend to move their spine in chunks, which over time leads to tension and achy pain. However with practice you can regain that movement of each vertebrae! While these movements can also be done without the SEG-B the feedback it gives takes them to another level! Instantly you gain awareness of how you are moving your spine so you move much more intentionally driving adaptation! If you don’t have a SEG-B a great place to start is with Hinge Point Training with a foam roller (last slide).
