Exactly setahun lepas..at my weakest point. Badan selalu rasa tak sedap, selalu rasa kembung perut dgn masalah angin yang tak pernah stop. Strength wise? Memang out. Setiap kali dukung anak mmg akan trigger slip disc kat blkg ni. Terfikir nak start diet n turunkan berat, tapi mindset time ni selalu ckp, “takde masa”, “kerja sibuk”, “anak ramai, tak terhandle dgn nak exercise lagi”, “badan dh tua, tak kuat dh nak exercise2 ni”, “metabolisme dh tak kuat”..and the list goes on. Mmg rasa mustahil dh nak exercise and repair badan yg dah makin melemah ni. . Now progress after 3 months working out. Still belum reach target, but so far everything on track. Perlukan at least lagi 3 bulan utk reach top form. But in terms of body condition, angin2 badan dah takde, badan jadi lebih ringan with increased strength. Nak dukung anak pn dh jarang kena sakit blkg. Every journey begins with an idea 💡 As I thought about the interior of my van, I envisioned a cozy and inviting space. It was important to me that it felt like a home away from home. I wanted more than just a basic seating area; I wanted a place to relax and connect. By elevating the sleeping area, I could create more room to move and make the most of the space. It’s quite a challenge, having to build everything inside the bus without a dedicated workspace for the interior. Working outdoors on dry days for the cutting and sawing does add another layer of complexity.
