🎶 is my love language because at times other people’s words best describe my feelings, more than I could ever compose myself. Sometimes though, I’m a bit of poetic. I love becoming one with art. My pictures are moods, orchestrated in unison with the 🎼 I choose to unite with them. The words as well, compliment my feelings. Shadow work. Without 💡light, shadows cannot theoretically exist. The yin & yang, divinely guided to grasp at each other in a perpetual magnetic 🧲 twist. Our shadows thoroughly accentuate our features while candidly magnifying imperfections, exposed by the sun just as an early morning mist. To be whole, in a complete 3D existence, we must embrace the beauty of the dark. The deep soulful void of gravitational pull towards something mystical and yearning is just as blissful as the heavenly light. This existential balance must be maintained by all of the collective matter, forever suspended in an infinite dance. For every giver requires a receiver. Every artwork, negative space. Moonlight Tides go, high and low, water glistens with light, the Sun hides beneath the ocean, the Moon takes over the sky. The footsteps grow louder a girl walks by her breathing hitches as she looks at the starry night. It set the scene for deep conversations and old stories. passed across the table full and welcoming . In moments it was spilt, cracked or even shattered. lined with gold, refilling with fresh optimism, it always brought a smile to good company. warmly held but questionably loved. My heart has been so full lately, taking in all of the things I love. I’ve been collecting moments and memories and storing them inside the pieces, even using the broken parts of my heart for extra storage. I’ve been “home” for two months now, but headed back to Vienna next week. A version of home that is still fresh. And I’m so grateful to have the chance to pick up where I left off in both places and pick up things I love along the way. It’s a good feeling, to feel. And I’ve been filling my cup with it. I’ve been paying extra attention to places I once knew and seeing what’s new. I’ve been savoring places that have stayed the same, a comfort that feels like a winter blanket on my heart. And I’m grateful. I’m grateful to be able to find so much beauty each day, even on the days that it rains. And I’m happy, even on the days when I choose not to be. • W I L D F L O W E R • I am but a tiny wildflower, struggling to grow from a crevice in a rock. I tell the darkness all about the comfort in feeling a ray of sunshine on my petals in the early morning light, yet I am scorched by the unrelenting heat of the sun far too often. I tell the ground all about the refreshing raindrops brought on by light summer rainfall, yet I find myself flooded or covered by water, hail and sand most of the time.
