Opening Day of Fluke has arrived! @lipripperfishing215 Polish Rob and myself his the backwaters to find 8 keeper fluke. It was wind against outgoing tide to make tough drift. The fish were picky but when they hit they hit hard. Most fell for the killie, but a few choked down the gulp. Even the trusty power minnow produced fish! We saw a lot of familiar faces out there and many people caught fish. Despite the odds working against us the Lord delivered us a bountiful catch. The shorts were long and the keeps ranged from 18.25” to 22” Rob insisted on bleeding the fish and the result was perfectly pearly white fillets. Sashimi grade. Such good meat proved to be a little too tempting for someone. Not all seagulls look like seagulls but they’ll all try to swipe your meat. Since 1 in 8 women will get breast cancer, maybe it’s time we de-stigmatize our scars. Because those scars are our reminder that we have fought and survived. Intimacy is more than just being physical with another person (or yourself). It’s about how you feel in your skin. For someone living with a breast cancer diagnosis or history this can change drastically or deepen existing issues. Thankfully, survivors like @dana_donofree are helping us change the game.
