Een nieuwe adem vinden, het is een heel proces. Ik deel mijn inzichten op Substack, omdat een Instagram post soms te beperkt is voor het aantal woorden dat ik nodig heb. Ik weet dat ik heb gezegd dat het met minder woorden kan vanaf nu, maar ik kom daar op terug. Een soort van voortschrijdende zelfkennis. Ik heb gewoon iets meer woorden nodig dat ik in een Instagram post kan proppen. Simple, maar toch elaborate, zoiets. Ik hou van taal en ik wil dingen kunnen benoemen met de nuance die je enkel kwijt kan in tekst. Dit is voor mensen die meer willen dan scrollen, een korte boost van inspiratie of een dopamine hit. Ik schrijf over wat me bezig houdt en wat ik heb geleerd. Over minimalisme en loslaten. Over simple living. Over valkuilen van de persoonlijke groei industrie. Over het vinden van je eigen antwoorden. En whatever comes up… Note: Ik heb een 10-tal posts in draft staan, klaar voor publicatie in de nabije toekomst. Ik weet niet of er daarna nog meer komt.
