🐶HAPPY DOGS🐶 Hoy es el turno de nuestro querido Igor, al que la vida le ha brindado una segunda oportunidad 👏🏼, aunque su final feliz, tiene un sabor agridulce 😔. Igor, que llevaba más de año y medio en el refugio, se fue en acogida con una familia fantástica que lleva años ofreciendo su hogar a nuestros peludos como trampolín 🤲🏼 hacia una vida mejor. Les dan cariño y amor infinito 🥰, los ayudan a superar sus miedos, los enseñan a comportarse y convivir en un hogar 🏠 de verdad... y un largo etcétera. Pero el destino les tenía preparada una mala pasada 🤦🏼♂️. El mismo finde que llegó Igor y mientras paseaba junto a su hermana Goya, esta comió algo que no debía y por la noche empezó a encontrarse mal, muy mal 🥺. Corrieron con ella a Urgencias 🏥, pero por desgracia poco pudieron hacer por ella😭, la pobre Goya había sido envenenada y solo pudieron acompañarla y darle mucho amor en los últimos instantes antes de su partida 🌈. Solo queda el consuelo de que Goya ha tenido una vida plena, feliz y rebosante de amor 💗. Ha sido inmensamente querida ❤️. Por su parte Igor, se ha convertido en un perro 10 y la que en principio iba a ser su familia de acogida, se ha convertido en su familia definitiva 🫶🏽. Él ha mejorado mucho y se ha convertido en un perro totalmente distinto al que conocíamos en el refugio, pero también ha sido un gran apoyo para todos 💪🏼, a los que ha ayudado a superar esta trágica perdida. Und außerdem Zeit für ein kleines YOLA UPDATE: Nachdem der Fraggle nun also drei Wochen bei uns wohnt und letzte Woche schon das Campen für sich entdeckt hat, ging es diesmal ins Hotel in die große Stadt. Erstmal war natürlich alles gruselig und Yola wollte das Auto, ihren Safe Space nicht verlassen. Ein bisschen im Hotel im Bett liegen und die Sache war geritzt. Nur wollte sie dann das Hotel nicht mehr verlassen. Gut, wenn man überlegt, dass Yola ihr Leben bisher vermutlich fast nur auf hartem Beton und ohne jegliche Reize von außen verbracht hat, kann man verstehen, dass sie erstens bequemes Liegen und angstfreies Schlafen nachholen muss und zweitens vom Großstadtleben völlig überfordert ist. Fahrräder, Elektoroller, Fußgänger, Skater, Kinderwagen, überall Lärm, blinkende Lichter....wir nehmen sowas kaum noch wahr, für Yola ist es sehr beängstigend. Und deshalb bekommt sie die volle Packung auch nur häppchenweise serviert und immer genug Pause dazwischen. Und es wirkt, denn sie wird immer entspannter. Bis zur Gelassenheit von Kingston wird es noch dauern, aber die ersten Schritte sind gemacht. Nachts ist das Mäuschen übrigens ein Schatz, denn sie legt sich einmal an Herrchen gekuschelt hin und schläft dann tief und fest und bewegt sich bis morgens um fünf nicht mehr. Eine Woche mit Yola. Eine Woche mit großen Fortschritten. Aber auch eine Woche mit Rückschlägen. Heute vor einer Woche ist diese bezaubernde junge Galga, die im spanischen Tierheim Teresa getauft wurde und nun bei uns Yola heißt, bei uns eingezogen. Ihren Koffer voller Ängste hatte sie dabei und packt ihn nun langsam aus. Yola wurde Anfang Februar mit sechs anderen Galgos von der Tierschutzorganisation @galgofriends aus einem Betonverschlag geholt. Der Jäger hatte keine Verwendung für die Hunde und vermutlich waren sie größtenteils sich selbst überlassen. Es ist anzunehmen, dass diese Hunde nicht viel anderes gesehen haben als die Betonwände, hinter denen sie weggesperrt waren. Yola hatte Glück und konnte relativ schnell ausreisen, kam zu einer Pflegestelle, die sie behutsam auf das Leben als geliebtes Familienmitglied vorbereitete. @wir_und_die_pflegenasen haben ihren Job großartig gemacht, denn bei ihnen hat Yola sehr viel (kennen)gelernt und sich inmitten der Natur und der Weinberge pudelwohl gefühlt. Hier bei uns ist sie nun dem Stadtleben ausgesetzt und das macht ihr große Angst. Überall sind Geräusche, ist Bewegung, sind Dinge, die laut und schnell sind, die plötzlich da sind, die sie nicht kennt. Teilweise ist sie stocksteif vor Angst und will sich keinen Zentimeter weiterbewegen, teilweise will sie sofort flüchten. Aber es wird besser. Tag für Tag, Stück für Stück. Unser Galgorüde Kingston, der die Gelassenheit in Person ist, ist ihr da eine große Hilfe und sie orientiert sich sehr an ihm. In der Natur hingegen ist Yola sehr entspannt und aufmerksam. Sie liebt es, spazieren zu gehen und ja, Jagdtrieb ist definitiv vorhanden. Zuhause ist das schüchterne Mäuschen innerhalb dieser Woche zu einem frechen Früchtchen mutiert, das den Schalk im Nacken hat. Wich sie vorher noch vor dem Göttergatten zurück, klebt sie nun an ihm, steckt ihre Nase überall rein (z.B. auf dem Couchtisch stehend in des Göttergatten Joghurtbecher) und versucht, zu klauen was essbar ist. Die Treppe war die ersten drei Tage beängstigend für sie, nun flitzt sie mehrmals täglich hoch und runter. Allein bleiben mit Kingston klappt gut und wenn wir nach Hause kommen, werden wir ⬇️

🐶HAPPY DOGS🐶 Philip ha sido un chico muy afortunado 🍀 ya que la familia que lo acogió en su casa, ha sido la que finalmente lo ha adoptado 🥳. Este pequeñín llegó a Galgos en Familia porque necesitaba ser operado de una de una de sus patas traseras😓. Como de costumbre, no pudimos mirar hacia otro lado y nos pusimos manos a la obra para encontrarle una casa de acogida 🏠, donde tuviera una excelente recuperación, para que pudiera venir desde Sevilla y ser operado 👩🏼⚕️. En pocas semanas, nuestro chico está totalmente recuperado 💪🏼 y disfrutando de la vida junto a su familia definitiva. Muchas gracias chicos, os deseamos toda la felicidad del mundo 😘. ------------------------------------------------- Philip has been a very lucky boy 🍀 since the family that welcomed him into their home as a foster dog, was the one that finally adopted him 🥳. This little guy came to Galgos en Familia because he needed surgery on one of his hind legs😓. As usual, we couldn't look away and we got to work to find him a foster home 🏠, where he would have an excellent recovery, so that he could come from Seville and undergo surgery ⚕️ 👩🏼. In a few weeks, our boy is fully recovered 💪🏼 and enjoying life with his forever family.
