Der Wacholder bleibt pur verkostet diplomatisch im Hintergrund, während die marokkanische Minze im Mund eine angenehme Frische bewirkt. Fruchtige und zitrische Noten komplettieren den Geschmack. Koriander und Wacholder bilden einen mittellangen Abgang. Treffend ist hier in der Tat „mediterran“ und fruchtig, mit einem würzig und bitter-süßen Abgang. Gin, Hepple Gin - Northumberland - England 🇬🇧 Hepple Gin is a super delicious gin there is made on several different types of juniper types, from Balkan, Italy and from Hepple Spirits own area, where the green juniper they are using in this gin comes from. Tasting notes, strong juniper, but in the good way but together with the Amalfi lemons, blackcurrant and the other botanicals you get a strong but nicely rounded gin, which is so delicious. Herby served with Fewer-Tree Indian Tonic and dehydrated lemon - try it also with a edelfower tonic 👌 The botanicals there is used are several different juniper types - Amalfi lemons - blackcurrant leaves - coriander seeds - angelika - fennel seeds - blackcurrant berries - Douglas fir needles - licorice - lovage. 🍋🫐TARQUIN’S BLUEBERRY & LEMON GIN LIQUEUR🫐🍋 Those of you who have been following my feed for a while will know how much I love Tarquin’s Gin and that supporting gin distilleries is important. This limited gin liqueur is just stunning. When the distillers asked gin lovers for requests for new flavours, I asked for this - my two favourite botanical flavours, blueberry 🫐 and lemon! 🍋 Honestly, I didn’t expect to see it, because there were suggested options. But there was an ‘other’ category, which I always like to see because I’m not so keen on boxes (unless they contain gin!) Tarquin’s Limited Edition Blueberry & Lemon Gin Liqueur is crafted in small batches on the Wild Cornish Coast. Lovingly infused with fresh-pressed blueberries and zesty lemon peel, this is a truly wonderful gin liqueur, bursting with notes of citrusy and berries, and perfect for sipping. BATH GIN ORIGINAL IL GIN DEL PROIBIZIONISMO Nel 2014, dopo una vita passata a lavorare come rappresentante di prodotti per la saldatura, Giorgio Paderno di Bergamo, il protagonista della storia di oggi, a 57 anni decide di dare una svolta alla sua vita e di andare a lavorare come aiuto cuoco nel ristorante di Giorgio, un suo amico. Dopo svariate prove e ricerche in loro cresce sempre di più la passione per liquori e creme liquorose tanto da fondare un nuovo progetto chiamato GioandGio food. Giorgio lascia il ristorante e si dedica interamente alla produzione della linea GioandGio food che a oggi conta svariati liquori, grappe e creme liquorose...ma non è tutto. Nel 2020 durante il lockdown Giorgio si avvicina sempre di più al mondo del Gin, inizia a documentarsi sulla sua storia e un periodo in particolare lo colpisce, il proibizionismo inglese degli anni '20. In questi anni essendo vietata la produzione di alcolici, nacquero i Bathtub Gin, i Gin della vasca da bagno, realizzati clandestinamente nelle abitazioni private tramite l'ausilio di vasche da bagno, da qui il nome, in cui le botaniche venivano lasciate in infusione a freddo nell'alcol. Giorgio rimane affascinato e decide di produrre Bath Gin un cold compound realizzato mediante infusione a freddo delle botaniche partendo da una base alcolica alla quale vengono aggiunte le seguenti botaniche: ginepro, pepe nero, cardamomo, zenzero, cannella e semi di coriandolo. Alla vista di presenta di colore giallo paglierino, al naso è il ginepro a fare da padrone seguito poi dalle note più delicate di zenzero e cardamomo.
