Yesterday I was watching season 1 of Matt Baker’s series called “Our Farm In The Dales” which is all about the farm he and his family own, such a gorgeous programme btw!! 🚜🌾🥹 There was a scene where Matt’s mum was talking to her granddaughter (Matt’s daughter) about lambs and sheep, because their sheep were in lambing season and giving birth. 🍼 She was telling her granddaughter to listen carefully because the lambs were making noises, they were baa’ing and bleating, and she was sharing that the bleats and voices the different lambs had, were all different and unique. She said, just like when her granddaughter calls to her mum, and the mum knows which child is calling her name, it’s the same with the sheep and lambs! The sheep knew which of the lambs were their babies 🥲 I felt the Lord speak so sweetly when watching this, that it’s the same with Him. 🥹 Even the Word of God says that we are His sheep. We are His lambs. And when we cry out to Jesus, He hears our individual cries. He recognises our own personal voice. He can differentiate and distinguish between His lambs. He knows us by name. He knows the sound of our voice. He hears us. He recognises us, and He answers us when we cry out to him. ❤️ So baa little lamb, for He hears you. He knows it’s you. Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) on Thursday announced that flight operations to Dubai and Sharjah would remain suspended due to the return of severe weather conditions that lashed the United Arab Emirates last month. Schools and many offices were closed across the UAE as heavy rains returned just two weeks after record downpours that experts linked to climate change. Moving helps the body discharge the survival energy that can feel like anxiety and generates, or intensifies, anger. If more vigorous movements are not in your nervous system’s Window of Tolerance, try imagining you’re moving.✨ In states of immobilization, like overwhelm, the body will often feel safest curling up in the fetal position. Letting the body complete this protective expression can be one of the simplest ways to draw the body into regulation, where it will feel more resourced to begin accomplishing tasks. You can also begin thawing the nervous system by introducing slow, gentle movement and nourishing sensations like warmth or softness. The newly-appointed seven-member women’s national selection committee has named a 17-player Pakistan women’s squad for this month’s tour to England. Nida Dar will continue to lead the side, which will feature in three T20Is from 11-17 May and three ODIs from 23-29 May. The ODIs are part of ICC Women’s Championship 2022-25 and this will be Pakistan’s eighth and final series in the current event cycle. Pakistan is currently sitting in fifth position with 16 points in the 10-team ICC Women Championship 2022-25 standings. Pakistan is set to launch its first moon mission, ICUBE-Q, this week on May 3. The mission will be launched with China’s Chang’E6 from Hainan. This comes after India's Chandrayaan-3 moon landing last year. The ICUBE-Q was developed by the Institute of Space Technology (IST) in Pakistan, working together with China’s Shanghai University SJTU and Pakistan’s national space agency, Suparco. It has two optical cameras to take pictures of the moon’s surface. ICUBE-Q will be part of China's sixth moon mission, Chang’e6, which aims to collect moon samples from its far side for research. This mission is important for Pakistan because it will send up the iCube-Q CubeSat satellite.
