It is indeed a happy Friday yesterday I took my phone to Tmobile to have them do a hard reset on it and before the guy did it he said " you know everything will be gone it will be like having a brand new phone?" I said yes I know he did the reset. I left went back to work . When I turned my phone back on I had to go through the steps of having a new phone. But all along the way it kept asking me if I wanted to restore the lost data. I cautiously said yes. Guess what??? Everything that was important is back on my phone.... God is Always Good!!!! Good morning........ Happy Thursday....... Yesterday, I turned off my phone, and when I turned it back on, I could not remember my unlock pattern. I recently changed it. I didn't think anything of it because I used my fingerprint to unlock my phone . So after trying different patterns, it locked me out for an hour. I tried again, then 2 hours, and I tried again the 4 hours tried again, then 8 hours that was last night before bed. During all that, I tried to use the find my phone app, and I never enabled remote unlock, so that didn't work. Then I tried a hard reset, and I can't turn off my phone without the pattern. So that won't work, so today I go to tmobil to see if they can do a hard reset. If not, I will be getting a new phone today..... I am thankful that I have my contacts saved on my tablet, and I have my pictures on my one drive. This morning, I tried to unlock it with a pattern again, and now it says 24 hours.....
