Dans ma série d’interviews sur le Bien Vieillir en Entreprise, je vous présente Emeline RIMBAULT, Directrice Générale Adjointe du Syndicat Départemental d’Energies de l’Yonne (SDEY). Oui je sais, là comme ça sur le papier, ce n’est pas très glamour 😅 Ça fonctionne beaucoup plus sur mon LinkedIn 😂. Mais pour celles et ceux que ça intéresse, le SDEY est une structure publique qui permet de garantir l’accès à l’électricité pour tous. Lorsque j’ai rencontré Emeline, c’était en 2017, elle avait donc 29 ans. C’était dans le cadre de l’accompagnement du SDEY dans la mise en place des certifications qualité, environnement et RSE. Elle avait été nommée chef de projets et je me souviens avoir été impressionnée. Avec Emeline, l’expression “une main de fer dans un gant de velours” prend tout son sens. A 29 ans, elle était capable d’intégrer tous les nouveaux dispositifs que nous évoquions et de les déployer en emmenant les équipes dans l’atteinte des objectifs fixés et dans le respect des différents rétoplanning. Tout ça, avec une douceur incroyable. Bref, j’étais en admiration. Emeline fait partie des clients qui nous font progresser également. C’est donc tout naturellement, que je l’ai interviewée pour connaître son avis sur la thématique du Bien Vieillir en Entreprise et notamment au sein de sa structure. I am a lucky girl! It’s not my birthday yet… well in a few days and these amazing people (Catrina, DeGeare,Sousa and the decorator Bonnie not pictured😊)went all out to celebrate ME! 🥰 It’s been a few tough years but last year was like a punch in the gut… but these people came to work everyday not knowing what my emotions would be. It took all I had some days to just make it to the parking garage, before bursting into tears! “Le sentiment de bien vieillir, ce n’est pas l’entreprise qui doit le fournir pour toi, elle te renverra toujours l’image que tu renvoies toi-même”. Dans le cadre de mes travaux et recherches sur le bien vieillir en général et dans l’entreprise en particulier, j’ai souhaité réaliser un portrait de mon amie Nadia Rachedi-Douaret (Responsable Stratégie/Marque - Direction de la communication, du mécénat et des partenariats du Groupe Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations). Avec Nadia, on se connait depuis plus de 10 ans et c’est une des personnes (pour ne pas dire la personne) avec laquelle je me suis construite professionnellement de la façon la plus vertueuse qui existe. Quand nous nous sommes rencontrées la première fois, le cabinet conseil pour lequel je travaillais m’avait demandé d’assister à la conférence annuelle qu’organisait Nadia, à l’époque Directrice Qualité et Environnement pour la Direction du Réseau de la Caisse des Dépôts (25 directions régionales). Lors de cette réunion, on s’est retrouvées à animer un atelier ensemble et ça l’a tout de suite fait (comme on dit). Depuis, on a dû prendre ensemble des milliers de trains et des centaines d’avions dans lesquels on a eu peur, on a ri et on a refait le monde ainsi que le placement de tous les passagers. Je lui ai appris à monter dans n’importe quel train sans billet quand elle m’a appris à lâcher prise dans mes projets pour pouvoir me développer. J’ai reçu des milliers de conseils qui font aujourd’hui ce que je suis, c’est la best ever cliente-amie-coach ! Je pourrais écrire mille articles sur Nadia, tellement j’ai de merveilleux conseils et anecdotes à partager. Ce mardi de décembre 2023, Nadia m’accueille comme à son habitude avec élégance, nous ne sommes pas rue de Lille mais elle a réservé un bureau à Austerlitz, pour déjeuner ensemble et toutes les conditions sont réunies pour cet entretien. Alix Girod de l’Ain me fait rire tout simplement, avec sa capacité à parler de choses sérieuses tout en dédramatisant avec légèreté. 📍 Le dernier en date qui m’a interpellée, notamment sur la notion du bien vieillir, est l’article paru dans le ELLE Magazine de cette semaine dont le titre est « Vampires émotionnels : les conseils du Dr Aga pour les supporter les vampires » (ça aussi on pourrait en parler longtemps mais bref concentrons nous). 📍 Elle évoque en premier lieu les enfants … comme premiers « vampires d’énergie » dans une vie de femme ou d’homme pour finir par expliquer, ironiquement, que « compte tenu du rallongement de notre espérance de vie, la revanche risque de durer longtemps … très (très) longtemps ». 📍 Même si je trouve l’article très drôle et que c’est d’actualité dans nos vies à tous, je reste persuadée que nous avons tous un rôle à jouer dans le fait de bien vieillir et de prendre soin de soi (s’occuper de sa santé mentale et physique, organiser sa vie matérielle et son futur, prendre ses responsabilités, décisions et en assumer les conséquences …) et justement ne pas imposer tout cela (tant que faire se peut bien évidemment) à nos enfants lorsqu’ils sont déjà dévastés par la tristesse de voir leurs parents un jour diminués. 📍 L’idéal serait peut-être, de pouvoir vivre comme dans L’Étrange Histoire de Benjamin Button ?
