Springtime Woodland And suddenly our woodlands are ablaze with colour. We are lucky to have several woods close to home that now have a carpet of tiny blue flowers which have become a national favourite. They are notoriously difficult to photograph but when everything comes together it results for a very pleasing image. This photograph was taken locally just as the first light of the day crept under the canopy of new spring foliage. The Hertford Art Trail runs until this Saturday and this photograph currently adorns the window of Hertford Library alongside a canvas by the talented abstract artist @claireloucarey.
