Here is another touch up painting. This time of my oceanic whitetip shark. I didn't have to fix much, but it still needed fixing. I added lots of value to the underside, but no matter how dark it looks in person, I can never get it to look as dark on camera. My mum and I took part in a wonderful art workshop today. With GOGA (go out, get arty) @sara_lanyon @drawncollective . We learnt so much in a short space of time, whilst exploring so much. Although I keep a sketchbook, I often carry it around and sometimes forget to take it out. Today I learnt ways to tackle this and to just sketch, doodle, write whatever’s there and to question with a curious mind. After much play, I discovered how I loved drawing the shadows which the plants kindly placed for me. This has set me off in a new direction which I can’t wait to explore.
