8 🎂 'APPRECI8' 8% DIPA by Brew York (York, UK) It's deliciously thick, strong and fruity. Absolutely lovely DIPA. Untappd average 3.86 I'm old enough to remember Altern8 from the early 90s releasing ridiculous rave tracks like Activ8 and EVapor8. This beer name reminded me of that, but I doubt it's a nod to those days judging by Lee's Slipknot fascination! It's actually celebrating their 8th Birthday. Northern Monk - A Whole Lot Of Faith - Double IPA 8.4% @northernmonk It's been a while since I've had a Northern Monk and seen some good reviews of this so had to get it in. This is a real juicy Dipa with a sweet pineapple, papaya and mango flavour with plenty of citrus to give it a good balance.
