I’m going to post a lot of this type of content this year because people truly don’t know how put together a basic, time efficient and nutritious meal. *FOLKS, LOOK AT THE SPECIFIC AMOUNTS! Don’t just arbitrarily throw together the foods and ingredients in random amounts* You do NOT need 45 ingredient Pinterest or hello fresh recipes to lose some weight and body fat. You need to stop thinking recipes and start thinking meal components. All of these meals can be made in under 15 minutes and most of them can be made in about 5 minutes. As I continually say, build your #diet around 10-12 total foods. From those foods, come up with a handful of simple #gotomeals (like the 6 I’ve featured here). What’s my #protein (get that set up first) in this meal? What’s my #carb ? What’s my fat source ? What am I going to season the meal with? What #lowcalorie / #nocalories sauce/condiment am I going to use for this meal? That’s literally the process you go through. It’s that damn easy.
