Good Morning Everyone 💪🙏👋 Quick recap of today's beautiful morning. 👌💪💯 So usually My weekend it's fasting and idea was the same to do 72H fast but as You can see I'm posting My meal? So why I suddenly change My mind? Well there's couple of reasons I've decide to actually eat today.. The main reason is I've actually have a craving to eat eggs & Avocado 🤔🥑💪🥚 Which is strange right? Because I eat that almost every single day? And with changing My approach slitley to adding high quality Carbs such fruits I've end up today's breakfast with nice, tasty and healthy composition. The 2nd reason I think it's super important, so because I have craving for healthy food which it's actually super bizarre for me to be honest 🤔 Like crappy food right? But eggs huh wtf? 🤔 So that lead Me to tailor My diet into eating what's My body wants and I don't mean shitty food.. I mean to eat quality food if You feel like You need that.. Majority of My diet I can call it a core of My diet it's going to be the same which is: RED MEAT SALMON EGGS Rest doesn't really metter to Me especially if You'll read about oxalate in vegetables, nuts, dark chocolate & turemic so You Will UNDERSTAND WE NEED TO BE CAREFUL WITH THESE HEALTHY SUPER FOODS.. because they are not healthy after all. So to wrap up My thoughts, I belive we should aim to have our own tailored diet because everyone are different and everyone have different problems, goals, or desires to achieve and the best way to be sustain with it it's too eat what You like when You like.. Be all means nine of that should be a processed shit. 😉👌💯😎💪🥑 STAY HARD 💪 Oh BTW tody was My first 5km run with 20kg vest at 0600 am and? Fuck Yeah was great from now on only running with vest... Last night’s beef stuffed involtini with olives and mozzarella was an #accidentally #keto delight! Tomato sauce, EVOO and cottage cheese sauce used throughout. Topped with feta and tomato sauce. So creamy and delicious! 325 F for 30 minutes per pound for medium rare, or longer if you desire it to be cooked more. By now I’m sure you’re aware that carlos are the main fuel source for your training and are eating enough through the day to prepare for your sessions But what happens when you have a double session or back-to-back trainings where you don’t have time to refuel between? Here are our recommendations for consuming carbs DURING your workout. ✅ 0-1hr don’t require carbs 🍌 1-2hrs: 30g/hr 🍊 2-3hours: 60g/hr 🍎 3+ hours: 90g/hr For intake of up to 60g/hr, most rapidly digested carlos will work For 90g/hr + you should try to use carb sources that combine the use of different gut transporters to help increase rate of digestion. An ANZAC day afternoon yesterday with Nev, our good neighbour, Syd and our lovely daughter, Marlena and her cute dog, Vlad. Vlad had fun running around such a big yard and chasing our chook Jacqui for a bit before we put her in chook shed. Thankyou to Marly for bringing over some lovely cakes. Day 57 of my J2K challenge today or Ultramarathon nutrition Event and still no soft drink or alcohol and it is pay day today. Diet needs cleaning up atm though with little cakes yesterday and a nutella filled doughnut given to me by my coach today (I think he must want me to eat more to lift heavier LOL). Up 3 am todayvand did 4 planks and some abs, treadmill hill walk for 30 mins before hard GSP session finishing me off with lots Airbike. Took me 5 mins on gym floor to recover enough to go get Georgio's pay. Shopping in aft with Nev when I would rather be on the bed. Hope you all had a great day. Usually when I'm working away I just go with keto/carnivore breakfast just simply because at home I can do more workouts and cook high quality food. 👌😉💪😎 So today it's My 2nd meal and I've started to add fruits to My carnivore/Keto routine, I think & I feel like I just will tailor My diet around good healthy quality fruits & meat, although human body don't need any Carbs at all and sugar don't have any value at all either, we can still use good vitamins and enzymes from fruits to compensate lack of those from just animal diet with still keeping on mind the top of our food piramind should always remain the same.. Red Meat / Eggs / Salmon = It's MANDATORY 💯 Ideally You want to add Pineapple to every meal not just because it's sweet and Your sour meal will taste so good, especially mince beef 😋👌💪😎🤗 But the reason to add Pineapple to every meal it's due to enzyme called Bromeline which will support digestion of Your Proteins faster and also reducing inflammation. 💪👍👌🤗💯 So definetly You want to use pineapple on every meal. If You on keto just eat before & after workout Your body will burn that glycogen and after workout You'll be still running on ketones. Especially people who like to do fasting every weekend like Me 🤔🤗 You don't need to be worried to add fruits before and after workout, but ideally You wanna know why You eat them in the first place? “I can’t” The words we use matter more than you think when it comes to effort and trying new things. Saying “I’d love to to do X” but following it with saying “I just can’t do it” This is really just making an excuse to not even bother trying, it is easier to stay in our comfort zone. I want to start running. I want to try CrossFit. I want to lose weight. I want to workout in the mornings. I want to lift weights. I want to get fit. I want to stop buying my breakfast and start making it at home. You CAN do anything you put your mind to. BUT when you start anything new it is going to be HARD! You probably won’t be good at it! And that is OK! The people you see running past your door everyday, lifting heavy weights, taking their lunch to work each day…didn’t start out there. EVERYONE has a page one of their chapter one, you just need to start. And it’s ok if your starting spot is different than someone else’s. Don’t let that be your reason not to TRY. This is why we need to start small with any goal. If you have never run before you can’t just put on runners and do a 5k. When we only have large vague goals it leads to failure because you don’t have a PLAN on how you are going to get there.
