⭐️⭐️TRIGGER WARNING⭐️⭐️ Sometimes the outside starts with the inside. I want to share something that many may think is weird as it’s about a child. I want to keep the focus on what was and where she is now. Going through my functional health coach certification I have discovered a lot and my mission is to share my knowledge and if I can help 1 person I have paid it back. But I have realized I cannot stop here, so many people are “suffering” in silence as they don’t know or their dr is saying “it’s normal”. With Lily it all started with what we thought was a growth spurt, many children fill out and then they grow and become taller. We have all seen this cycle. However 18 months ago it started for Lily, a year later she didn’t get taller. She suffered from eczema, bloating/distention, struggling to go to the bathroom and smelly 💩 and overall she was very puffy, I knew there was inflammation in there. I spoke to her pediatrician and she is good, and offered test she could take but it all felt so complicated as I had to make many appointments and drive her all over town, and then insurance 🙄. So I tapped in to what I know and what I have learned. I have access to all the tests myself, it was time to step up as a coach and it was time to help my baby girl! We did a GI map which is a stool test and we did a MrT test which is a blood test that measure the inflammatory response in her cells. 2 weeks later we knew she was most likely gluten/wheat intolerant plus many other foods created an inflammatory response within her, she had H pylori and she was not detoxing properly.
