MUSEUM Vanmiddag mochten we een enthousiaste groep #illustratoren ontvangen in het #mondriaanhuisamersfoort Samen met #museumdocent Marja een #rondleiding gegeven waarbij het accent lag op #pietmondriaan in Parijs en wel de jaren 1912-1914 Een heel belangrijke periode in zijn artistieke ontwikkeling Geïnspireerd door het #kubisme #picasso en #georgesbraque experimenteerde #mondriaan met #abstract schilderen Hij nam als thema #bomen de gemberpot en stadsgezichten en werkte deze uit in kubistische stijl. Na de rondleiding mocht ik deze groep #kunstenaars van @stichtingtekenenvoorkinderen een workshop geven. 'Abstraheren kun je leren.' #bomen abstract Er werd vlot gewerkt in een gezellige sfeer! Hoe ver ga je met abstract? Er ontstonden hele mooie werken. Voor een aantal mensen was verf een bekend medium voor een deel van de groep niet ....veel tekenaars. MUSEUM vanochtend met groep 3 van Dok12 een leuke #rondleiding in het #mondriaanhuisamersfoort Ze wisten al heel veel over #pietmondriaan Ons thema was 'Een museum voor iedereen' De kinderen stelden zelf een #tentoonstelling samen in de schatkamer van het #museum met een wissellijst/magneetbord dat deden ze heel goed! Zo'n randje om een #schilderij heet een lijst en de kinderen ontdekten dat er allemaal verschillende lijsten om de schilderijen van Piet Mondriaan zaten in de schatkamer. Boven in het #atelier mochten de kinderen zelf mini schilderijtjes maken en deze ophangen in een mini museum😍 Na afloop gingen de kunstwerkjes mee naar school #museumeducatie #museumdocent #kunst Margot Peters 🎨

This is a great way to keep active in town and share your love of Falmouth with the public! 2024 Falmouth Museums on the Green Docent Training The Falmouth Museums on the Green has an exciting opportunity for a docent training class that will enrich your knowledge of local history and antiques. This four- week training class will cover topics ranging from 18th century architecture to 20th century summer activities. Volunteer docents serve as guides for two historic houses that feature period rooms and galleries. After completing the class, docents would shadow their fellow docents before giving a one on one tour with a staff member before they are ready to give tours to the public. Het kosmische thema in de 3e periode voor de bovenbouwers was “oorlog en vrede”. Bij deze opdracht bestudeerden we de oude zeeslagen en maakten zelf ook een oorlogsschip. Een boodschap overbrengen in een brief: waarom zou dat alleen via taal moeten 🤷♀️? Afgelopen vrijdag maakte een deelneemster van Brief aan de Samenleving, Annemarie, dit geweldige draadkunstwerk🧵. Dat deed ze op basis van de tentoonstelling van de Sheltersuit Foundation, nu te zien bij Museum Arnhem. Ik moest met het kunstwerk op de foto. Annemarie: 'Het mooie aan de foto vind ik dat jij scherp in beeld bent en de rest vervaagd, maar ook zichtbaar is. Jij bent de katalysator van dit project! En het past bij het onderwerp: dakloze mensen zijn niet altijd zichtbaar.' Do you like telling stories? @absugarmuseum is seeking Education Program Docents who are trained volunteers that provide educational services for elementary school visitors. They provide a welcoming environment, and guide students through the museum. The Sugar Museum’s Education Program teaches students about the sugar industry and plantation life on Maui, and fulfills social studies benchmarks for State of Hawaii Department of Education for second grade. 'Een bloem staat eenzaam op een eiland terwijl het omringd wordt door plastic afval'. Dit beeld kwam vorige week voorbij tijdens een les kunstzinnige oriëntatie die onze museumdocent @henk_vandenBosch gaf aan de eindexamenklas bij het @erfgooiers_college. Het examenthema was: In actie!💥 Leerlingen gingen aan de slag met de werken van kunstenaar Hans Op de Beeck. In zijn werken stelt Op de Beeck alles 'gelijk', dit doet hij door één kleur te gebruiken; grijs. Hij wil de kijker aanzetten zelf een betekenis te geven aan zijn werk. De leerlingen dachten na over het gebruik van kleur, hoe dat een boodschap kan versterken en bedachten thema's waarmee ze mensen in actie wilden zetten om tot een verandering te komen. Zo was een aanklacht tegen de plastic soep, vervuiling, dierproeven en de aanmoediging om te genieten van het leven, je doelen na te streven en voor goud te gaan.
