We ordered: * Naga box * Chick box * Smash box * Triple smash burger * Steak and chips * Kinder milkshake * Blueberry Burst drink I loved the greedy boxes you can create or choose from on the menu. The boxes I chose were the Naga box, Chick box, and Smash box. My favourite was the naga box as it included a double cheeseburger, two tantalizing Naga wings and a generous serving of Naga meat doner, alongside cheesy fries and a vibrant salad. And a Naga sauce dip adding that perfect spicy kick. I really enjoyed the triple smash burger and spicy chicken burger too, they were incredible. The steak we ordered was a bit well done but tasted good with the peppercorn sauce and chunky chips. And lastly the drinks were so nice. The kinder milkshake was thick and sweet and the vibrant Blueberry Burst drink was refreshing. ——Pork and veggies—— It’s officially tuluni so,no can do without pork in a Sümi Naga kitchen!😁 Also since it’s a celebration of harvest/abundance,I collected whatever bits and pieces I could from my garden and prepared a satisfying tuluni worthy meal for the family!😇 ✅Pork cooked with potato,Roselle leaves,sun dried bamboo shoot and garnished with sword beans. ✅Karela and ladies finger boil. ✅Green chilli pickle with perilla seed. ✅And of course,Rice!The heart and soul of a Naga meal!🍚 Btw,didn’t use any chilli powder/chillies in the pork preparation cuz kids,but that gorgeous colour is from frying the pork till golden before adding water,then the tomato too add colour,lastly,just 2-3min before removing from heat,add in a few Tbs of dark soy sauce and it brings out a gorgeous colour!😋 For those of you who are not a big fan of fermented bamboo shoot try the sun dried version-It has a very chewy,crunchy texture and no fermented smell-Just cut/slice the bamboo shoot,boil it,drain and sun dry it.Rehydrate in hot water before adding to dishes.
