Bison Pizza on the best crust you can make at home - Boboli Original. More calories but WOW! Absolutely delicious. Macros for 1/8 Slice: 228 calories 28g carbohydrates 6g fats 17g protein
Cooking with Dave: Buffalo Chicken Pizza 1 Mama Mary's Crust 180g HEB Flying Hot Sauce 50g fat free cheddar cheese 50g fat free mozzarella cheese 16-20oz chicken breast (depending on how much protein you want) Spinach & Jalapenos Set oven to 425° Bake crust on rack for 5 min (or more if you like super crispy / less if less crispy). While baking, cut chicken breast into cubes and cook in a skillet with whatever seasonings you like. After cooking you can cut into smaller pieces to spread out over pizza. Remove and place on pizza cooking tray. Pour approx 150g hot sauce for sauce layer, sprinkle cheese, sprinkle chicken and then whatever other toppings. Drizzle rest of hot sauce over ingredients. Back in oven for 10-13 more min depending on your crispy level. 1345 calories 144g protein 141g carbs 24g fat Per slice: 18g protein 17.5g carbs 3g fat
These were my 3 meals yesterday. 5 pieces of French Toast, 3 flatbread pizzas and Air Fryer Honey BBQ chicken sandwich.I had a bag of low fat popcorn for a snack as well. Anyone that tells you that in order to be healthy or lose weight you need to "cut out dairy." or "eat chicken , broccoli and rice." Is full of it. This is pretty standard for me every day. I hit my macros and calories, I LOVE what I eat and I stay full. Find what works for you and don't just "eat healthy"...hit your calorie goal and find something you can stick to. I promise you'll have better results then chicken rice in and broccoli for every meal.
Cooking with Dave: Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Here is an amazing alternative to the fast food version! Ingredients 7.5oz boneless skinless chicken breast 9g flour 20g Panko Crumbs Egg white to wash 3g HEB Flying Hot Sauce 1 Jumbo Hamburger Bun Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne, paprika, oregono tossed in flour. Cover chicken with flour completely. Dip chicken in to egg whites. Using different hand, put chicken in Panko and cover completely. Spray chicken breasts with non stick spray to get crispier. Air Fry @ 400° for approx 15 min flipping half way through and spraying other side with non stick. Thinner pieces with take less. Use an instaread thermometer to make sure it's 165° Toss air crisped chicken in hit sauce and serve on bun with your choice of fixings. Macronutrient Breakdown. Calories: 561kcal Protein: 56g Carbs: 68g Fats: 6g Lemme know what you think!

McCulley's Lite Cherry Cheesecake Knocked it outta the park with this one. All it takes is switching some ingredients out for healthier options and you lower the calories by 3x. It definitely hits the 80% rule of coming within 80% of the original flavor. The calories saved more than makeup for it. This isn't "anabolic" in the fact that it's loaded with protein but it makes for a great desert after a protein rich meal. 1 slice 🍰 (200g) 250 calories 36g carbohydrates 7g fat 11g protein Original: 702 calories 74g carbohydrates 42g fat (6x as much!!) 7g protein
"Isn't it expensive to eat healthy?" I get asked this all the time. So I did a little comparison this morning. I added up the cost of all my Ingredients in my homemade french toast and compared to IHOP. McCulley's - $5.72 for 5 slices, syrup, whip cream and almost a pound of strawberries for 680 calories. IHOP - $15.82 (serving size was 3 slices so I multiplied by 1.5), no syrup, a handful of strawberries for 1190 calories. 5x as much fat, over 50 more carbohydrates and less protein. I'll put my French toast up against anyone's in a taste test. So to answer, no it's not more expensive (3x less expensive in fact) and I feel fuller, got more protein and can eat more throughout the day because I kept calories low.

Form into a ball and press into a cake pan that's been hit with some Pam. Bake crust for 15 min at 325° and let cool while making filling. Dry Filling Ingredients 140g @pescience PEscience Peanut Butter Cookie Protein (works really well for baking). 30g Jello Cheesecake Pudding Mix. 52g PB2 powder (set 13g aside for topping) 30g Splenda. Mix all together with spatula or spoon and set aside. Wet Filling Ingredients 448g Raska Fat Free Cream Cheese (let come to room temp). 1 whole egg. 5g vanilla extract. 340g Danon Vanilla Fat Free Greek Yogurt. Blend wet Ingredients with hand blender and slowly pour in dry ingredients as you blend. Should come out to a thick creamy consistency. Pour over crust and spread out evenly. Bake at 325° for 30 min, take out and sprinkle topping on and bake for another 10 min. After you're done baking, let it rest for an hour or so, cover with food wrap and refrigerate overnight for best results. Questions?! Enjoy!! Crust 200g chocolate graham crackers. 170g Danon Vanilla Fat Free Greek Yogurt. Blend graham crackers finely and cut in greek yogurt. Form into a ball and press into a cake pan that's been hit with some Pam. Bake crust for 15 min at 325° and let cool while making filling. Dry Filling Ingredients 140g #pescience Vanilla Protein (works really well for baking). @pescience 30g Oreo Pudding Mix. 40g Oreos Cereal finely blended (set 10g aside for topping). 30g Splenda. Mix all together with spatula or spoon and set aside. Wet Filling Ingredients 448g Raska Fat Free Cream Cheese (let come to room temp). 1 whole egg. 5g vanilla extract. 340g Danon Vanilla Fat Free Greek Yogurt. Blend wet Ingredients with hand blender and slowly pour in dry ingredients as you blend. Should come out to a thick creamy consistency. Pour over crust and spread out evenly.
