You may remember a job we completed last year last year by the train station in Oxford? The final feature of this gate was to install a Japanese Torii gate 🇯🇵 For those that don’t know, a Torii gate is a symbolic gateway at the entrance to a Shinto Shrine in Japan that marks the boundary between the secular world and holy ground. They’re made of two vertical posts and horizontal crossbars, and are traditionally red or vermilion in colour.
