Almost season ending in #naplesflorida and we had one big outdoor adventure with the large ladies golf group here! Beginning at 8 AM this morning…and finishing after dinner, the ladies played and played and played. I watched and watched and ate! So let me walk you thorough my #ssscoutsoutdooradventure Mum built me a 1) temp bear den in the back of the cart. Great vantage point to see everything with an occasional #bearwalkabout There were so 2) many ladies and so many carts. First diversion….this great flower! Its common name is 3) Indian Shot and it gives off a lovely fragrance. And a most predictable diversion 4) cookies…there are always cookies at golf. More golf and more cookies and then a 5) huge nest! Yes it is 6) Momma Osprey and her babies…wish you could hear all the chirping! And after all the golf there is dinner and 7) desserts…miles and miles of desserts! No Mum did NOT win…I need to be a better trainer like my buddy @wallace_jellycat and whip her into shape! The other day when we visited our friends farm (the same one where we saw the Geese 🦆) we got to meet their new bunny Emily. Emily was very sweet and curious, however the lady of the house said it was best for me to watch saftly from outside the cage, as she might have thought I was a chew toy. Just look at her sizing me up! 😱 You can almost here the ole timey western showdown music 🎶. Once I was a safe distance away, the Little Lady got to pet Emily for a bit. Today something sad but also sweet and hopeful happened. We had gone to Momma’s office to pick up some things, and when leaving, this little fellow was crossing the road, all alone. We got out of the car and tried to head him back in a safe direction, but he simply sat down in the middle of the driveway. We picked him up gently, then we drove and walked all around the entire work campus, as there are some ponds and water features. We did not see one single mama duck anywhere!! We have no idea where this little mallard came from, or how he got so far away from his family. Fortunately, in our town we have a wonderful wild bird rescue, so we gathered him gently up and drove him up there. He nibbled on Momma’s hands then curled up and slept. Torin 🐺 Hey Freunde, nachdem uns unser geplantes Wochenende durch Arbeit versaut wurde, weil ein Kollege mit dem letzten Schultag der 10. Klasse alles durcheinander gebracht hat und selber in den Urlaub gegangen ist und der Unplüschige das nun ausbaden musste, aber keinen gefunden hat der so kurzfristig arbeiten will und wir dadurch selber auf die Matte mussten, haben wir dann wenigstens Samstag und Sonntag zwei kleine Radtouren von knapp 11 km gemacht 😊 Und da haben wir ein paar tolle Endeckungen für @jarvis_the_bear und seinem #plushiewildlifewatchingclub gemacht. Erst sind wir an eine Koppel mit zwei Pferden 🐎 (Equus caballus) und dann an einer Koppel mit mehreren Galloway Rindern 🐂 (Bos taurus) vorbei gekommen. Und nachdem schönen Wochenende, ging es heute zum MRT, natürlich habe ich meine Unplüschige da auch begleitet und nicht allein gelassen. Gestern war ein supertoller Tag für uns...Wir haben Besuch von @eddiehedgehog und seiner Familie bekommen. Auch unser großes Plüschi Teddy🐶hat sich ganz dolle gefreut, er hat nämlich auch ein Geschenk bekommen...einen eigenen quitschi-Igel🤭🤭 Wir haben den wuffi aber alleine zuhause gelassen und sind gemeinsam mit Eddie nach Schönbrunn. Es wäre zu stressig für ihm dort bei so vielen Menschen am Feiertag. Junior durfte auch mit. Erst ins Palmenhaus...total angenehm da drin..und ich hab sogar Familie getroffen. #plushiewildlifewatchingclub @jarvis_the_bear guckt mal ein süßer kleiner Frosch😍 Danach gings weiter ins Wüstenhaus. Uii so viele Stacheln🫣😬 Junior hat aber eine sehr schöne Blume entdeckt. Danach noch zum Lindtshop🤭da hab ich aber keine Fotos gemacht...war zu beschäftigt mit schoko gucken🤣 Und dann wieder retour zu unserem wuffi..der hat sich so gefreut und sich direkt wieder betüdeln lassen. When we came to our cottage, she (or he) was before our door waiting for us. I never saw it before, but she/he behaviors how he/she is here at home. He/she wanted to be with us, to go inside - through the door, or through a window, he/she tasted my garlic on the windowsill(!), even didn't let me water it. She/he wanted to know us, cuddle us, rest by us... and of course eat from us. We offered him/her piece of chicken from soup. I'm sure it cooked without salt because salted food is not good for cats. The lady of the house alerted us to their presents, and told us that they've been making visits to her home regularly. Torin 🐺 Die letzten Tage war es etwas ruhig um uns, irgendwie gab es nichts spannendes zu berichten 🙈 Dafür war ich heute mit auf Arbeit und habe mir alles ganz genau angesehen. Die Unplüschige hat eine neue Fräse und mit der haben wir heute Blühwiesen vorbereitet. Die Maschine flügt die Erde durch und walzt sie mit der Krübelwalze schön krümelig...Wer hätte es gedacht 🤭 bei der Wiese mitten in der Stadt vorm Rathaus, wurde wir von Meister Lampe beobachtet 🐰 während wir zu Mittag gegessen haben, hat dieser sich aber aus dem Staub gemacht. Und man trifft in der Vogelbeobachtungsstation eigentlich immer auf einen Ornithologen und/oder Fotografen. 🙂 Während die Kibitze einen größeren Sicherheitsabstand einhalten, sind die Bachstelzen recht entspannt. 🦆A very nice place to watch birds is the Sterntaler Filzen. Also this afternoon I’ve been busy making some of my Christmas Lego. This set is a 3 in 1 and makes a tiger, a clown fish and a red panda out of the same selection of pieces. Ultimately I want the tiger as my permanent piece, however today I set to and made the red panda who has a very cute face. Red Pandas live in the Himalayas and are an endangered species due to loss of habitat and poaching. I will leave him built for a while before I take him apart to build the clown fish but he’s here for a few weeks and I’m hoping for a red panda badge from @jarvis_the_bear #plushiewildlifewatchingclub #plushieslovelego #legoredpanda
Heute gab's Sushi 🍣 zum Mittagessen! Natürlich selbst gemacht. Die Thunfisch Creme im Sushi ist das beste. Dazu nehmt ihr einfach - 3 EL Mayonnaise - 1 Dose Thunfisch - 1 EL bis 2 EL Sojasoße. Das ganze wird schön zusammen gematscht. So das zum Schluss eine Creme übrig bleibt. Dann ab in das Sushi 🍣 und Rollen machen. Here are some bison that I saw in Golden Gate Park!! They have a herd of American bison in the park and they've been here since the early 1900s. I'm sharing these for #plushiewildlifewatchingclub hosted by @jarvis_the_bear @plushiewildlifewatchingclub The bison were first brought to the park to help preserve them. They were near to extinction at that time. Now the bison population on the us has come back from near extinction. And here in the park they've had over 200 births!! I was taking nice photos then my little brother decided to photo bomb me!! Rupert!! Do your younger siblings ever try to mess up stuff you're doing? After looking at the bison we were for hungry so we went for some Chinese food. We had some green beans with pork and grilled eggplant!! Yum! On the way home we passed the San Francisco government building. It was all lit up for transgender visibility day!!! Hurray!!! Oh das müssen wir euch zeigen. Wir haben heute gefüllte Teigtaschen gemacht. Mit Banane 🍌 Dazu brauchen wir für 4 Taschen: Blätterteig Eigelb Eine Banane Schokodrops Alternativ Schmelzschokolade für ein bisschen extra Schokolade 🍫 Wir haben erstmal nur die Hälfte vom Teig genommen. Daraus haben wir 8 kleine Dreiecke geschnitten. Dann haben wir die Banane klein geschnitten und sie in die Mitte von 4 Dreiecken platziert. Dazu geweils dann ein paar Schokodrops. Dann wurden die Dreiecke mit den anderen Teigdreiecken abgedeckt und so ein wenig zu gedrückt. Zum Schluss noch mit Eigelb bestreichen. Dann haben wir die Taschen bei 180 Grad 5 Minuten in den Airfryer gepackt. Alternativ geht natürlich Backofen Zusätzlich habe ich in der Zeit etwas Schokolade 🍫 geschmolzen. Hallo ihr Lieben, 🐰 hier! 1) heut habe ich mich endlich mal wieder mit unserer Menschin @ramona_sahlmann auf den Weg gemacht, um unsere Solidarische Landwirtschaft @frohlawi zu unterstützen. Es stand nämlich die jährliche 🧅🧅🧅🧅Steckaktion an, und wie so oft galt: viele Hände (und Pfoten) bereiten ein schnelles Ende😃🤗👩🌾. 2) dorthin ging es mit der @deine_sbahnberlin, selbstverständlich mit dem passenden Proviant! 😄 3) das sieht dort so idyllisch aus, alles grünt, ein schönes Fleckchen Erde!💚💙💚💙 An die Berliner Plüschies: dort führt auch direkt der Mauer(rad)weg vorbei; hier wurde der Schreckensort nun zu etwas, das zur Freude und Versorgung vieler Familien beiträgt💓😍. 4) am Feld angekommen, habe ich erstmal den Zaun inspiziert, an dessen Bau wir zu Beginn des Anbaus mitgeholfen haben🤗💙😇. Sieht alles noch gut aus! 5) es waren nach unserer Schätzung 30 bis 40 Helfer vor Ort - jeder füllte seinen mitgebrachten Eimer mit Steckzwiebeln vom @hofjeebel und schon ging es los! In Reihenabstabstand von 25 cm wurde ein ganzes Feld mit den 🧅🧅🧅 bestückt. 6) und 7)..und zwar in jeder der drei Rillen, die schon gezogen waren. Viel Arbeit, aber wir waren ja viele Helfer! 💚💙💚💙 8) und 9) dann hatten wir noch eine ganz besondere Begegnung! Diese hübsche, völlig entspannte Echse saß auf dem Feld, ließ sich ausgiebig begucken und bewundern 😍. Wir wissen leider nicht genau, welche Art es ist, möchten dieses tolle Tier trotzdem gerne zum #plushiewildlifewatchingclub von @jarvis_the_bear einreichen 🤩🐾🦎🦎🦎🦎. Vielleicht ein Komodowaran?🤔 Oder ein Dino oder Krokodil? 10) Nach circa 90 Minuten waren tatsächlich schon fertig 🥰 und so habe ich einen kleinen Rundgang über das Feld gemacht. Letztes Jahr haben wir alle zusammen die Steine für diese wunderschöne Kräuterspirale gesammelt- ist die nicht megatoll?😍😍😍💚💙💚💙💚💙😃😃👩🌾👩🌾 Als wir nach Hause kamen, 🐰👱♀️, haben wir dann gleich noch ein paar Brötchen für morgen zum Frühstück gebacken 😇. Wir haben heute ein wenig weiter gebastelt! Langsam sieht man das es Schwerter werden 🤩 Zuerst mussten wir aber erstmal alles neu machen. Mutti war gar nicht zufrieden mit den alten Prototypen. Nun haben wir die Klingen aus "EVA" gemacht. Ja so hieß das. Hab gut aufgepasst 👍 Dann haben die Stücke mit Stöcken verstärkt, damit die klingen nicht wubbelig sind. Dann kam unten noch als Griff so ein Styrodur Ding dran 😆 Das haben wir einfach mit etwas EvaFoam hübsch gemacht. Zum Schluss wird das durch Stoff noch hübsch gemacht. Der gestrige Nachmittag war tierisch gut. Wir waren im Reitstall und durften mit dem Therapiepferd von Mamas Kollegin einiges über 🐎Pferde🐎 lernen. Aber wie es sich für einen so großen Hof gehört, gibt es auch noch viele Katzen 🐱 und Hasen 🐇 und sogar Hirsche🦌. Einen riesen Pilz 🍄 ja den gab es zum Mittagessen! Überbackene Portobello-Pilze mit Tomatenpasta und Basilikumcreme. Ohh lecker schmecker. Die Pilze sind ein geheim Tipp. Einfach zuerst so bei 200°C 5 Minuten mit dem Deckel nach oben wärmen bis er etwas weich ist. Dann umdrehen und mit Oliven beträufeln. Dann die Innenseite mit Senf und Zwiebelmarmelade bestreichen. Und Käse drauf.
