I can always feel a person's energy in the way they speak to me whether or not they're open to the possibility that I may be someone different from who they thought they knew years ago. The hang up is, people love what feels familiar, so rather than open (because their hearts are closed and untrusting) they would much rather project the person they need you to be in order to maintain their trauma stories they have created around you. It got entertaining after a while the other night, listening to all the accusations one person had about me. There was of course 1 thread of truth in it but 99% of it was quite the story. I've realized now that some of the sickest people I've ever known, I've known virtually my whole life! And I'm so grateful to Dr. Ramani @doctorramani for helping me understand the roll I was in, in my childhood and how to navigate that. Honestly peeps, sometimes walking away from people full stop, is the only way. Well sickness hit our household yesterday. 😷 One by one they all started falling. Here's what we used to combat it. ⬇️ I am the only one still standing and being the caretaker of everyone I've been using my On Guard Touch on my spine, feet and pulse points throughout the day. Leave it to me to join the pop-culture bandwagon when a trend is no longer in style. Tomorrow will be three weeks since I first developed symptoms of this garbage, and I still feel wretched. Seriously wretched. I still have trouble breathing, physical activity is difficult, I have random fevers, and I need two or three naps a day.
