استپت هاوس (خانه‌ی پلکانی) کاربری: مسکونی اس مرکادال، اسپانیا معماران: استودیو نومو مساحت: ۲۱۰ متر مربع سال: ۲۰۲۳ عکس: خوآن گیامات معماران اصلی: آلیسیا کاسالس سن میگل دفتر معماری “نومو استودیو” یک ویلای طبیعی متشکل از چهار حجم مستطیل‌شکل یکسان را به پایان رسانده که از زمین‌های شیب دار در جزیره “منورکا” پایین می‌آید. این خانه دارای سنگهای آهکی محلی، سقف‌های طاق‌دار سفالی، و سنگهای تراشیده و بتن ماسه‌ای رنگ است که همگی در ترکیبی از رنگ‌های مطبوع ملایم ترکیب شده‌اند. نما تعادل شیشه و سطح صلب را حفظ می‌کند و از مواد سنگین با اینرسی حرارتی بالا استفاده کرده که برای اطمینان از دمای پایدار در آب و هوای معتدل و گرم ضروری است. بسیاری از فضاهای بیرونی سرپوشیده و آفتابی، کاربران را دعوت می‌کنند تا در روزهای مطبوع جمع شوند و از شیشه در مقابل تابش مستقیم نور خورشید محافظت کنند. سایر استراتژی‌های پایداری شامل تهویه‌ی متقاطع طبیعی، پنکه‌های سقفی و پانل‌های فتوولتائیکِ روی سقف هستند. این خانه در دو طبقه قرار دارد و شامل سه اتاق‌خواب بزرگ، یک نشیمن با ارتفاع بلند، یک تراس روباز بسیار بزرگ و یک استخر با کلر نمک است. هر اتاق‌خواب دارای تراس اختصاصی با منظره‌های سرسبز اطراف و دریای “مدیترانه” است. @nomostudio.eu #spain #spainarchitecture

In total, the house has 7 levels and is decorated in a modernism style. • Casa Vicens - one of the first “casa” made by Gaudí, it is located in Gràcia. It is extremely colourful inside and outside and its interior has an oriental inspiration. • Palau Güell - located next to la Rambla, its interior and rooftop are a must-seen! The build was renovated between 1886 and 1888 and the rooftop chimneys were renovated in 1994 by different artists. • Casa Milà “la Pedrera” - the last “casa” made by Gaudí between 1906 and 1912 is a real maze inside. AMPLIACIÓN POLIDEPORTIVO MUNICIPAL La ampliación del Polideportivo y Piscina cubierta se destinada a los diferentes Clubs de Artes Marciales, entre ellos Taekwon Do, Kick Boxing, Aikido, Karate, Hapkido y Muay Thai, entre otros. Debido a que la superficie a ampliar no superaba el 10% del complejo, se optó por trabajar con el concepto de remate del conjunto, utilizando las materialidades existentes. De esta forma, con un programa consiste en la creación de una sala polivalente con capacidad de dividirse en dos o tres salas independientes, se creó un volumen dinámico cuya altura variase en función del programa y cuya imagen exterior, resuelta por medio de paneles de policarbonato traslúcidos de baja emisividad, variase en función de las franjas horarias y de sus diversos usos. Mercado Central - Walencja ✨ Jak już doskonale wiecie z naszych poprzednich postów, podczas wyjazdów lubimy smakować lokalnych potraw, owoców i warzyw. Jednym z najlepszych miejsc, aby poczuć te smaki, są miejscowe targowiska 🍊🍓🍏 Mercado Central w Walencji, na który dotarliśmy już pierwszego dnia po przylocie, jest jednym z największych zadaszonych rynków w Europie. Ma powierzchnię ponad 8000 metrów kwadratowych, na której zgromadzono lokalne dobra spożywcze 🍣🦐🍤 Obecny budynek Mercado Central, choć zaprojektowany w 1914 roku został wybudowany dopiero w 1928 roku w stylu hiszpańskiej secesji. Partal Palace is the exit point of Nasrid Palaces. It was built by the third ruler of the Nasrid Dynasty in 14th century with a manicured garden. Adjacent to the garden is the Palace of Charles V which is built in 16th century by the Catholic Monarchs who took over Granada from Nasrid Dynasty. In fact, the architect of this palace was a protege of Michelangelo, a renowned painter, sculptor and architect in Florence. The Renaissance style of architecture provides a juxtaposition to the Moorish-style Nasrid Palaces. Unfortunately, the building was unfinished and abandoned after the demise of the architect, followed by the ensuing rebellions. The fortress was further damaged during the French occupation and left in disrepair until 19th century when a publication, “Tales of the Alhambra” was released by a writer who was fascinated after his visit. Nasrid Palaces within Alhambra fortress are the quintessential architectural works of the Emirates of Granada (last Moorish Empire in Spain). Amongst them, the Palace of Lions is the highlight that symbolises the heavenly garden of the Islamic world. As the name suggests, there is a fountain encircled by twelve lion sculptures at the centre courtyard with two pavilions aligned from east to west. Prior to that, the Comare Palace with a wide reflective pool provides good introductory overview as the official palace of the Emirs in the past. Every nooks and corners of the palaces are decorated with stucco-carvings of intricate patterns in symmetry and verses or poems in Arabic. Palau de les Comunicaciones de Valencia ✨ Dokładnie naprzeciw opisywanego przez nas wczoraj Ratusza, znajduje się inny nie mniej ciekawy przykład hiszpańskiego modernizmu 🏫 Palau de les Comunicaciones, który przez większość swojego istnienia mieścił biura poczty, został wybudowany w latach 1915-1922. Jego duża i bardzo zdobna bryła miała pokazywać ogromny rozwój poczty, który miał miejsce w Hiszpanii na początku XX wieku 🏤 Jego najbardziej reprezentacyjną częścią była główna sala operacyjna zwieńczona ogromnym kolistym witrażem. Składał się on z 370 paneli, na których przedstawiono herby 48 hiszpańskich prowincji 🎨 Obecnie budynek, po opuszczeniu go przez pocztę, poddawany jest renowacji, która ma przystosować go m.in. do celów muzealnych.
