Sydney 🇦🇺 Die Stadt, die die meisten kennen, wenn sie an Australien denken. Nach knapp einem Jahr in Australien hab ich es geschafft und meinen Weg von Perth bis hin nach Sydney. Was soll ich sagen, es ist eine Großstadt und ich bin eher der Natur Typ und das Landei 😅. Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich so absolut gar keine Lust in der riesigen Stadt mit meinem riesigen Van zu fahren. Parken ist teuer und schwierig, keine kostenlosen Übernachtungmöglichkeiten, viele Blitzer und Mautstraßen. Naja ich habe mich dennoch überwunden und meinen Van dort sogar in die Werkstatt gebracht für einen Service, aus dem eine ziemlich teure Reparatur geworden ist 😅. Manni ist halt nicht mehr der jüngste und hat mich ja schon weit durch Australien gebracht, also hat er sich auch mal ein ausgiebiges Beauty Erneuerung Programm verdient 🤗. Trotzdem ist Sydney ganz schön, aber viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es nicht. Das Opera Haus, die Harbour Bridge, the Rocks und der Botanische Garten sind so die Highlights. 📍Blue Mountains, NSW Aus A very unexpected few days 😅😅 We arrived into the Blue Mountains to torrential rain! We were surprised we didn’t end up in a flood, but instead woke up to a landslide that had taken out the whole road which coincidentally was the only entrance and exit 🙃☔️ Thankfully, on our side of the drama, was a tearoom (the only public space in the area)! The owners were so lovely and friendly, they offered us to camp on the grounds so we could have signal and use their toilet 🥲🙌🏼 but also allowed us to stay close to the main updates coming in! God the food here was amazing!! The scones were some of the biggest we’ve ever seen, and the homemade blackberry jam was just 😍 Also met some campers in the same predicament as us, so we decided to spend our time wisely and play some cards and open beers! 🍻 The rescue team were busy at work making us a backroad over farmers private land, therefore our camper turned into a 4WD pretty quickly 😅 luckily we made it out!
