Just a few from last week's birthday celebrations. We visited a very windy Buxton, with lunch at @theherbgarden1234 (Pictured: rose and beetroot latte. Not pictured: the amazing mushroom pie), a wander in @buxtonbrewerypaviliongardens, and a quick visit to @thegreenmangallerybuxton. And played new games! . . . Currently in a food coma but this Chinese was amazing - swipe to the end to see what I ordered. It’s the Golden Lantern in Heanor, Derbyshire. I messaged them a few weeks ago asking what items were vegan or could be made vegan and it turns out a lot of their veggie dishes could be - they just said to leave a note when ordering so that they were aware it needed to be vegan. Food was also super quick to arrive, was lovely and hot, really good portion size and they also added some extra spring rolls for free !
