Hello fellow foodies and happy Tuesday 🍯 ☀️ Recently we tried out the @thesearooms_kellys down in Rosslare Wexford. ⭐️ The food: ⭐️ -Starters we both had the ham hock which was not what I expected to look like but tasted delicious. The sauce around it really complimented the taste and it was a perfect portion size for starter. - For mains I had the Smoked Potato Gnocchi, King Oyster Mushroom, Candied Hazelnut along with a Mushroom Broth which was different to the usual gnocchi I get but I must say It went down a treat. 🤤 Ginger had Barbecued Beef Short Rib, Smoked Aubergine along with, marinated baby beetroot and barbecued Red pepper. 🌶️ Nothing was left on the plates at the end which is always a good sign imo 😂 What added to the experience was the amazing views over the rosslare strand and recently renovated gardens around. Kiltennel Walking Trail in Courtown 😎 A great walk close to the shore in Courtown, you will find a variety of flora here with the area bathed in a sea of colour at the moment with the Bluebells in full bloom. There is plenty of bird activity in the woods here too, I was here on a quiet Thursday morning last week and you could hear nothing but the birds singing. For the journey I hit up @shore_coffee which is located just to the side of Flanagan's Wharf amusements.
