Volledige review: Ik raad iedereen aan om de cursus aan te schaffen; het geld verdient zichzelf meer dan terug door de gemoedsrust en kalmte die je dankzij de cursus ervaart. Mijn vrouw werd van de ene op de andere dag ernstig ziek en heeft helaas geen mogelijkheid meer tot herstel. We hadden beiden nooit eerder ervaring met ziekte of de WIA gehad, waardoor we geen idee hadden wat we konden verwachten of moesten doen. Toen ik op internet op zoek ging naar meer informatie, kwam ik al snel Linda's website tegen. Zij legde online heel duidelijk uit hoe de WIA in zijn werk gaat, wat ervoor zorgde dat ik de cursus 'Zorgeloos richting WIA en ontslag' aanschafte. De cursus bestaat uit video's en teksten die je zo vaak kunt terugkijken en lezen als je wilt. Ik heb eerst alle lessen zelf doorgenomen en later heb ik de belangrijkste stukken samen met mijn vrouw doorgenomen om haar energie te sparen. Dit gaf ons heel veel rust, en door de cursus weten we precies wat er komen gaat en wat we kunnen verwachten. Dankzij deze informatie hebben we een vervroegde WIA-uitkering kunnen aanvragen. Ik raad het iedereen aan om de cursus aan te schaffen, ook al kost het geld. Dat verdient zichzelf terug door de gemoedsrust en rust die je dankzij de cursus ervaart. P. In een online doolhof kan het super vermoeiend zijn om de juiste informatie te vinden, zeker bij zo'n complex onderwerp zoals de WIA. Bespaar jezelf de energie en laat ons je helpen. Apps que uso muito ✅️ Printzinho com alguns apps que uso MUITO no meu dia-a-dia e que acho merecem ser compartilhados: - Notes: padrão do Android e tem o correspondente no iOS. Acho muito útil pra fazer anotações rápidas de reuniões e conversas, anotar insights que surgem do nada, preparar textos pras redes ou mensagens longas pro whats. Ótimo pra dar aquela organizada nas ideias. - Evernote: muito útil pra Notas também, mas gosto de usar pra listas. Uso para a lista de compras, a de mercado, lista de filmes e séries que quero assistir, etc - Calendário: registro nele qualquer coisa que tem um prazo definido, sejam reuniões, pagamento de contas e até aniversários, e defino alertas para não perder nada. - OneDrive e Microsoft 365: tenho muitos controles e ferramentas em Excel, então armazeno tudo no OneDrive e com o Microsoft consigo acessar e editar diretamente do meu celular. Válido demais pra planilha de treino e controle financeiro. - Goodreads: uso para controlar e registrar minhas leituras, ver o que os amigos estão lendo, ver avaliações de livros que quero ler e descobrir novas leituras. - Pinterest: uso para inspiração, de decoração, fotos, looks, make, penteados, receitas,... - ResearchGate e Researcher: como ainda tenho minhas atribuições de pesquisadora, utilizo para pesquisar artigos e ver as novidades nas pesquisas das áreas de meu interesse. - Trello: utilizo para fazer a gestão dos diversos projetos que toco, desenvolvimento de artigos, estudos, projetos paralelos, afazeres da Beyond,... Afgekeurd op je 32e. Curse or cure? Kort antwoord: cure. Ik kan me letterlijk geen tijd herinneren dat ik blij en vrolijk was. Blijkbaar was ik een vrolijke, spontane peuter/kleuter, maar dat verdween ineens. Zo rond de tijd dat school begon. Ik heb geen herinneringen van die Maureen. Al die jaren heb ik mezelf kapot gemaakt. Ik legde de lat enórm hoog voor mezelf en had niet door dat ik 80x zo hard moest werken als "de rest" om een beetje normaal mee te kunnen in de maatschappij. De dood kon me niet snel genoeg komen. Daar wilde ik mezelf ook wel regelmatig een handje mee helpen. Euthanasie was ook een serieuze optie, al had ik daar een nare ervaring mee en vond ik het proces belachelijk. Zelfs toen ik wist waar het aan lag en ik manieren zocht en vond om me wat beter staande te houden, was dat niet genoeg. Ik dacht steeds: "ik ben er NOG STEEDS; dat moet een reden hebben". Ik heb iets te doen hier. En nu heb ik een goed idee wat dat is. Heb ik trauma's verwerkt, mijn zelfliefde en eigenwaarde vergroot en dromen opgeschreven. Die WIA geeft me de rust die ik zo hard nodig heb. Het is een kans om opnieuw te beginnen. Kijken hoe het wél kan. BUITEN het sysyeem. Zo zie ik het. Niet als een doodsvonnis dat ik nooit meer iets kan. Het geeft lucht. Ruimte. Ik ben nu begonnen met LEVEN ipv OVERLEVEN. De brief van het UWV met de WIA beslissing viel vorige week op de deurmat…een grote envelop met veel informatie. En daar staat het… ‘U bent 80-100% arbeidsongeschikt. Dat betekend dat u voor 80% of meer bent afgekeurd met weinig tot geen kans op herstel’ Dit wist ik zelf eigenlijk al maar nu staat het er echt, zwart op wit. Het is moeilijk om dat zo te lezen maar het geeft eindelijk duidelijkheid in dit hele verhaal. Ik voel ook een soort van opluchting, erkenning. Alle inspanningen, gesprekken en onderzoeken van de afgelopen 2,5 jaar verder en dit is het. Tot twee keer toe was ik na ongeveer 7 maanden re-integreren weer een paar uur aan het werk in de week. Steeds op weg naar een redelijk goed herstel. Maar mijn lijf en hoofd gingen meerdere keren onderuit. Nu kunnen er dossiers worden afgesloten bij diverse instellingen, deskundigen en werkgever. Ik hoef niet meer te verantwoorden of te bewijzen dat het werken niet meer gaat. Vanaf nu kan ik mijn situatie verder accepteren, energie steken in andere waardevolle momenten en doen wat wel kan. Sobre Estocolmo 🇸🇪 Estava muito frio, pegamos temperaturas de -2°C (a sensação térmica deveria ser de uns -4°C) por conta do vento, mas achei incrível como eu fico feliz no frio. Chegou a nevar um pouquinho pela manhã, então vi neve pela primeira vez também 🤍. Estava ventando muito, notei a começar pelo pouso do avião que foi bem difícil e depois pelas rajadas na rua. Uma cena interessante que vimos de dentro do trem foi um avião que aproximava para pouso e parecia parado no ar. A gente sente o clima frio de uma forma diferente do Brasil porque todos os lugares são agradavelmente climatizados, incluindo o transporte público, nada muito quente, só agradável suficiente para tirar o casaco e ficar confortável. De alguma forma isso torna a sensação mais agradável que um inverno rigoroso no Brasil. O clima não impede nem um pouco o pessoal de praticar esportes, enquanto eu estava toda encapotada, pessoas corriam na rua de shorts e camiseta. No centro empresarial onde ministramos o curso há um lago e haviam várias pranchas de standup paddle à disposição. Falando em rua, meios de transporte alternativos são muito estimulados, muitas ciclovias, bicicletas e patinetes para aluguel nas ruas. O transporte público não ficava pra trás, muitos pontos de ônibus, metrô, trem e bondinho pela cidade. E muitos carros elétricos também, inclusive nunca tinha visto tantos Teslas. O tratamento de água da cidade é muito bom, de modo que a água da torneira é potável. Por conta disso, em todo restaurante, sempre começam deixando uma garrafa grande de água à sua disposição. Por esse motivo também a água engarrafada é mais cara. Eles também tem uma cultura ambiental mais rigorosa com relação ao plástico. Nos restaurantes as coisas no geral não são servidas em recipientes de plástico, nem há sacolinhas de plástico nos estabelecimentos. Os copos descartáveis são geralmente de papel e há sacolas de papel e pano para compra. 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐛 𝐢𝐤 𝐡𝐞𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐳𝐰𝐚𝐚𝐫.. De constante druk om zowel je gezondheid als een bedrijf te managen, kan overweldigend zijn en een tol eisen van zowel mijn lichaam als mijn geest. Het is dan ook belangrijk om tijd te nemen voor zelfzorg en ontspanning, om mezelf de broodnodige rust te gunnen en mijn batterijen op te laden. Het blijft een zoektocht om de juiste balans te vinden en aan te houden.. Hier zijn enkele tips die mij helpen om te ontspannen en rust te vinden: ✔️Luister naar je lichaam: Forceer jezelf niet om door te gaan als je voelt dat je lichaam rust nodig heeft. Mijn lichaam gaat vaak eerst kleine milde extra klachten geven die steeds erger worden als ik het negeer. ✔️Beweging: Zelfs als je ziek bent (ligt eraan welke klachten je hebt), kan lichte lichaamsbeweging zoals wandelen of yoga helpen om stress te verminderen en endorfine vrij te maken. Ik wandel vaak met Cooper. Afhankelijk van de mate van mijn klachten is dit een klein of groter rondje. ✔️Doe iets waar je van houdt: Maak tijd vrij voor activiteiten die je plezier en voldoening geven als dit lukt, of het nu gaat om lezen, schilderen, muziek maken of iets anders waar je van geniet. Voor mij is dit ontspannen in onze jacuzzi na een lange drukke dag. ✔️Wees niet te streng voor jezelf: Het is echt oké om een hele dag een serie te bingewatchen. Soms is dat precies wat we nodig hebben om de dag erna weer productiever te kunnen zijn. ✔️Zorg voor gezonde kant-en-klaarmaaltijden zodat je toch gezond kunt eten op dagen dat koken niet lukt. Bijvoorbeeld een lekkere maaltijdsalade. ✔️Durf hulp te vragen. Ik was hier altijd heel slecht in. Nu app ik mijn partner soms of die iets kan doen omdat ik helaas een slechte dag heb. Maar je kan ook familie of vrienden vragen. ✔️Geniet van de kleine dingen. Even in de tuin zitten met de zonnestralen op je gezicht. Probeer iedere dag toch een klein lichtpuntje te vinden. Je gezondheid moet altijd prioriteit 1 zijn en de rest zijn bijzaken die je eromheen kunt inrichten. Wat zijn jouw tips om ontspanning en rust te vinden? #WIAHULP #WIA #chronischziek #balans
