Ultimately they don’t believe they are worthy of the things they have earned and the good they have done , they turn their thermostats back down to the comfort zone to fit their level of worthiness . 2️⃣ Those with high levels of self worth who know they are worthy of the things , have deep desires and dreams and know they do deserve to ultimately win in life , but because of low self confidence they never go after those dreams or desires . They stay stuck in a perpetual cycle or procrastination and planning but don’t ever take action to move in the direction of what they really want . Or if they do take action at the first bump in the road convince themselves it wasn’t really for them . 3️⃣ Those women who have both self confidence and self worth ; these are the women who overcome the obstacles , the self sabotage, the limiting beliefs, the ones who dare to dream God size dreams and go after them . The women who have deep desires to change the world around them and the belief to know they are the right girls for the job . Their worth is something they have learned to embrace and rejoice in - their confidence grows every day with the action steps they are taking . Meet @carla_louise27 , owner and founder of @wholisticnutritionbycarla . Carla is a registered dietitian based in Pinelands and Monte Vista. Her love of food inspired her to become a dietitian. Carla completed her dietetics degree at the University of the Western Cape. 🙏 Grateful for the last 2 days of providing Leadership Training to the CDC Foundation on 10-11 April 2024, alongside my husband Jeff. It was truly an enriching experience to share our knowledge and expertise with such a dedicated group of individuals. During this team building experience, we focused on Maxwell’s DISC Behavioral Analysis, a tool that can help individuals better understand themselves and others, leading to improved communication and collaboration within teams. 💪🏾 I also had the opportunity to share part of my own personal story and the transformative impact that coaching has had on my life. Meet @iamlesleycarreira , the owner and founder of @ohmygifts_sa, an online shopping platform created to supply a wide variety of unique gifts, trending toys and whatever else I can find that I think is super cute or super unique. Not only providing for every member of the family and every occasion but also catering to any budget. Lesley is a serial entrepreneur and has had a string of small businesses since the age of 16. Meet Michelle Hill founder, owner and baker extraordinaire of @home_iswherethecakeis Now many may know this face already – you have either purchased one of her delicious eats, decorated one of her sugar cookies or you have heard that she is HeartFM’s 2023 winner for MOST LOVED LOCAL BUSINESS. After working years as an Occupational Therapist, Michelle has found her passion and release for her creativity in creating phenomenal cakes and treats. It’s a privilege to contribute to the education and awareness of such critical issues within the workplace! I am deeply moved and inspired by Target’s proactive efforts to foster education and cultivate a supportive workplace environment, especially in the wake of the devastating loss of one of their team members. Her life was tragically cut short by her ex-partner, her abuser, shortly after she bravely filed for and obtained a protection order. 💔 For those who pose the question, “why does she stay?” It is crucial to understand that leaving an abusive relationship can be incredibly dangerous. Shockingly, women are 70 TIMES more likely to be killed in the two weeks after leaving than at any other time during the relationship. This sobering statistic underscores the complexities and dangers faced by survivors of domestic violence. I truly hope that this initiative is embraced by corporate and implemented across all stores nationwide. By adopting and implementing these measures, Target has the opportunity to lead by example and make a significant impact on the safety and well-being of its employees across the country.
