Bits about me: as a female, I also don't know what I want to eat whenever someone asks me. But, I've told my boyfriend to never ask me this question at the onset, and to always start with: What do you NOT want to eat? I find that people, including me, take too long to make choices based on all the options available, and that instead of focusing directly on what we would want, we should first undergo a process of elimonationy. By filtering our options bit by bit, we get to a handful of the things that we want and from there we get to finally make a choice. And by this time, the task is not as daunting. You have already spent time going over these choices. Through eliminating those unfavorable to you, you have created a criteria - one that you can now use to make your final decision. And if that doesn't work. π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€π€ Coin toss?
