By the age of 40, men typically have twice the iron load of women, resulting in a higher susceptibility to diseases like diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and infections. To cleanse the negative iron from the body, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ recommended cupping, known as "al-hijama," for men. This practice involves removing the sickly iron deposited at specific points on the body, such as the back of the shoulder blades, the back of the head, and the coccyx. The Sahaba and the Prophet ﷺ himself practiced cupping regularly to maintain purity and health. Cupping is now recognized in conventional medicine for treating various diseases like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, cancer, and diabetes. It cleanses the body by removing negative iron, similar to cleaning the filters of a building, allowing for fresh and clean energy flow within. The focus is not just on halal and haram, but on purifying oneself to the best of one's ability.
